I worked with Dillion who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I was considering American Hartford gold and after many back and forths, Hartford ended up showing their true colors and became extremely rude, condescending, and pushy, but Dillion with Priority gold maintained his kindness and understanding. Process was pretty good and communication was great

I would have given it more stars but I decided this type of investment wasn't right for me at this time. I will say that the service provided by the representatives was 5-star+. From the moment I called Priority Gold, I was greeted with a staff member who was professional yet friendly. He was very efficient and transferred me to the investment associate, Dillon C.. I can't emphasize enough how well he described the different ways to invest in metals. He was patient as I didn't have any experience and after speaking with Dillon, I felt knowledgable about the process. Yolanda G. also spent a great deal of time investigating how to navigate through the process of transferring my 403b. It is not covered under ERISA and therefore, it's a tedious process.
The customer service is amazing at Priority Gold and for anyone who needs assistance in learning about the process, I hope you have the pleasure of dealing with Dillon and Yolanda - they are an incredible team.

I recently requested information about Silver through a Robert Kiyosaki promotion piece and received a call from Andrew Aragon. Most times these guys hang up and get rude when they realize you are not going to buy from them. Andrew was a true professional in every possible way. He knew his product, was eleoquent in his presentation and sent me links to learn more about the precious Metals market. I never thought I would say this, but this sales call was a great experience, and when I am in the market, I will call Andrew.

Excellent communication, straight forward transaction

What made my experience great while visiting with Andrew Aragon from Priority Gold, was that their company wants to help me make the most of my retirement income or assets. Many retired people fall into indigent status and Priority Gold wants me to flourish and grow my assets to the highest possible manner with a strong reliable Gold IRA. My experience was excellent, as Andrew made Priority Gold "shine" through describing their ability to grow your funds to the 5 star excellence in stability. What an outstanding and power-house team!

Priority Gold made my I.R.A. transition from currency to metals seamless. It would be a daunting endeavor to take on, knowing nothing about the procedures to accomplish such a task. Joni and Morgan were happy to answer all of my questions.

I've had a really good experience so far. I knew nothing about how good trades, or that bullion was different, although I thought there might've been some difference or maybe just a generic term. Ok so I'm nowhere near being expert but have learned several things! However I'm still waiting on the report on my actual holdings and what the prices were when I acquired my account with Priority Gold co. It's very possible it was sent when I first joined PG I could've accidentally deleted it when I was cleaning out my e-mail. However I recently called to have it resent but haven't seen it yet. My manager had to leave for a meeting and may have forgotten later. Many things are going on at his home front. His wife is close to birthing their first child. I still give 5 stars so what I'm saying is separating this minor slip shouldn't take away from a good review. I am requesting that information here on this report. Please send it ASAP. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE! A current Senior Account Executive at Priority Gold (not allowed to name on review) ripped me off when he was working as a sales associate at Colonial Metals Group in 2024. I made it very clear to the salesman I spoke with that I was a total novice in the precious metals world and that I was relying on his expertise to help me make the right decision on the items I was going to purchase. I decided to open a cash account as well as rollover my Traditional IRA to a Self Directed IRA for precious metals. On my cash purchase, I was charged a premium of 125.44% above the spot price of gold and 131.13% above the spot price of silver. On my IRA purchase, I was charged a premium of 71.00% above the spot price of gold and 46.69% above the spot price of silver. In total, across both transactions, I was overcharged $101,112.07 in excessive premiums above and beyond what any reputable bullion dealer would have charged for comparable products. These are products that I purchased based on the advice given to me by the now Senior Account Executive at Priority, and I was assured these are “better for me in the long run” and that they had “significant tax advantages” over regular American Eagles. Since my purchase, Gold spot has more than doubled and Silver has nearly tripled, but my market value on the coins I purchased is at or slightly below what I paid two years ago. I’ve reached out to multiple dealers who will only pay melt prices for these “high end sovereign coins”. I found the salesman, now at Priority, by looking him up on LinkedIn and I reached out. Thus far he has been unable to buy back these metals at anything close to markup he charged me for them. I don’t trust a company that would hire someone who has already ripped me off once.
