I cannot get anyone at the company to call me back. I invested over $88,000 with them July 2025 and have never received my metals. I worked with Steven Paige, Joe Shimko, Jasmine Carrera, Maria Hernandez, Alan Fulton,

I would give these people zero stars if I could. My sister sent her life's savings to these crooks. First off they charged her over double for the gold (Invoice showed gold was selling for $3320 an ounce, they charged her $7192 an ounce), but taking over half her money wasn't enough, the gold never showed up at her Equity Trust IRA account. Phone calls go unanswered, the lawyers for Colonial Metals are doing nothing, Equity Trust doesn't return phone call either. DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE CROOKS!!

I invested in gold through my account, which had been operating normally. When I later requested a withdrawal, the process was delayed, and I eventually found I could no longer access the funds. The experience was concerning, so I encourage others to proceed carefully. I contacted fundreimbursement and received a prompt, professional response.

Do not do business with this company. They cashed my $40,000 check then went dark. I never received my metal and the company doesn't answer calls or emails. I'm not the only senior citizen who has lost tens of thousands to Colonial Metals Group. Stay away! They will take your money!

I too have been scammed by these criminals. I was sent the complimentary silver coins, but that doesn't make things right. It was an expensive lesson learned. I should've taken my chances with the economy! In june oof 2025 I also received a letter from Equity Trust stating they never received the gold and had severed ties with CMG. I also received a letter a few weeks later from the law office of Hitzke&Ferran saying they are taking over operations for CMG. after many phone calls to their office and only talking to one of their para legals, the only answer i could get from him was (it should be any day now) severaql times. I finally sent a teething email and demand notice that I wanted my money back, all I get now is voice mail.seems this law firm is on the downlow also. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE

In April of 2024 I reached out to Colonial Metals Group after seeing their CEO, Paul Stone, on a popular Youtube show. He made a great argument for investing in precious metals, so I called them directly to look into purchasing some precious metals in order to diversify my portfolio. I made it very clear to the salesmen I spoke with that I was a total novice in the precious metals world and that I was relying on their expertise to help me make the right decision on the items I was going to purchase. I decided to open a cash account as well as rollover my ETRADE Traditional IRA to a Self Directed IRA for precious metals. On my cash purchase, I was charged a premium of 125.44% above the spot price of gold and 131.13% above the spot price of silver. On my IRA purchase, I was charged a premium of 71.00% above the spot price of gold and 46.69% above the spot price of silver. In total, across both transactions, I was overcharged $101,112.07 in excessive premiums above and beyond what any reputable bullion dealer would have charged for comparable products. These are products that I purchased based on the advice given to me by Colonial Metals representatives, and I was assured these are “better for me in the long run” and that they had “significant tax advantages” over regular American Eagles. Since my purchase, Gold spot has more than doubled and Silver has nearly tripled, but my market value on the coins I purchased is at or slightly below what I paid two years ago. When I reached out to CMG directly, they did not get back to me. I was able to get ahold of one freelance rep on his personal cell phone who pawned me off to another CMG rep, who then had someone from a totally different company reach out to me with pricing on buying the overpriced metals. I was offered slightly under spot for coins I purchased at a huge premium. The bottom line is this: I did not receive the benefit of the market performance I was entitled to, solely based on the advice given to me by representatives of Colonial Metals Group, and the financial harm is both measurable and significant.

They are scammers. My dad’s wired them $100,000 to purchase gold and metals. It’s been over a year, nothing. They don’t answer the phone and never call you back. Their office in Miami isn’t even real, a ghost location. We have filed many reports with agencies. So far no results. Paul Stone is the founder, he must be stopped!

Colonial Metals Group are scam artists and scumbags. They capitalized on the "buy gold" frenzy, took many people's money (including $19,000 from my IRA) and disappeared into the night -- never delivered the metals to the repository. They should be hung! My $19,000 is nothing compared to the dozens, maybe hundreds of other stories I've heard and read. Even the law firm Hitzke Ferran that allegedly is helping them is hiding its head in the sand. Why wouldn't the attorney just fess up and just tell everybody that they are not representing the criminals over at Colonial Metals Group??? I have placed multiple calls on multiple different days to both Colonial and Hitzke Ferran. No responses! In the meantime gold has almost doubled in price. These jokers have hundreds of thousands of dollars in their bank for which they delivered NOTHING! God help these jerkoffs.

Our money was transferred to Colonial Metals Groups on July 29, 2025 to be deposited to Precious Metals 1009 Industrial Road Boulder City NV 89005 which never was. We have called Colonials Metals and also e-mailed and never got a call back. They are a bad company and have had our money since july. We are trying to get our money back to no avail. Donald Kent

Co. never deposited the gold I purchased in June 2025 of nearly $100,000 of hard-earned retirement savings and is nowhere to be contacted. No response to phone calls, emails and I am sending a letter demanding the return of my funds, will be filing complaints with the SEC, FL Attorney General's office and can't believe that there are vultures out there preying on hard-working people to sell the promise of high value precious metals and include free silver too!
Unbelievable that they don't have a class action lawsuit filed yet. If anyone is interested in starting one, please contact me as I have a lot of money that was invested and hate that this has happened to others!!

The company has taught me the hard way. I wouldn't have made the initial investment if i had known. For me, investing here has been a huge failure. They don't produce anything positive. I invested in #plan2prosper# after learning about it from a co worker and things have gone well thus far. My rewards have been distributed consistently

Metals purchased ($500,000) were not received by the depository on purchases made in February, 2025. This could destroy my retirement if not recovered. I recommend that everyone in this position fill out an IC3 report with the FBI at IC3.gov. Steve 651-338-0665.

Our 88 year old father sent these predators checks for a total of $125,000 for the purchase of gold in May 2025 and June 2025. They were all over him, calling, emailing, sending literature and making false promises. Once they had the money, no more contact, would not return his calls, phone lines disconnected and now, January 2026, still no receipt of any gold! This is elder abuse, fraud, theft, non-delivery of assests, communication failure, bold-faced scam targeting an elderly person and stealing their money. The lies, receiving gold, can ask for a refund at any time, they will buy back the gold at current market value...... We have all of the correspondences, emails, phone messages, and mailed pieces. We willnot stop pursuing Colonial Metals and the persons who lied to our father and stole his money.

These scammers took me for $300k!! My entire IRA was wiped out. Same story as everyone else’s. Once they cash your check or bank wire goes through, you are ghosted. I hope everyone files a report with their state & federal FBI, state & Florida attorney general, & local & Florida police.

Colonial Metals Group is perpetuated a SCAM on its customers by promising them gold, silver, and palladium in their retirement accounts at market prices. I set up a self-directed IRA through Entrust Group, which they took out of my late father's trust with Schwab, to purchase the precious metals and that they be deposited into the Delaware Depository. I received an e-mail on 6/27 from Entrust saying that they would inform me when the depository received the purchase. I then received a letter from Entrust Group on Nov. 7, stating that the depository never received the metal transfer. I contacted my contacts from Colonial Philip Matusov, Joe Shimko and Tish Aldana if they transferred the metals- I have not heard back from anyone at Colonial Metals Group. I’ve had Entrust Group reach out to them as well with no success. I tried calling all departments of Colonial Metals and left messages, and some of the phone numbers are disconnected. I am pursuing legal action against Paul Stone, the President and anyone affiliated with this organization until this is resolved.

I purchased my precious metals Jan/2025 and transaction was completed Mar/2025. The metals was to be transferred to Equity since Apr/2025. I received a letter from Equity in Jun/2025 stating they informed all persons that purchase from Colonial metals they never received the metal transfer. I contacted my contacts from Colonial Kenji Getz & Nick several times, they finally contacted me back about 2 weeks later and they informed me they transferred the metals. Now I’m learning from Equity it was never received. I tried calling my contacts from Colonial metals and both of their phone numbers are disconnected. I called the phone number on this site no one called me back and the email on this site do not show as a valid email. I’m 95% sure this company is a scam, stay clear!!!! I will look into legal action now and go to BBB and all.

I purchased precious metals from them back in April. 2-3 months later I received my complimentary silver but my gold has still remained unfulfilled. I called and spoke to a representative who explained the complicated process along with the soaring demand. Here we are 8 months later and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to. Their website phone goes straight to voicemail. Feel scammed greatly.
