Clunk Account Set Up
I am not happy with your web site. I am unable to "SET UP" my account? My representative Mike Lorenz gave me an account number by phone, which I appreciate, but he had to do this because the PO Confirmation of my online order did not provide it? Now the account set up page keeps giving me a FAILED TO SETUP message. I want to send a wire payment for my order but I can't get my account set up and with out that, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE MY HOME ADDRESS? How can MONEX send me my order if they don't know where I live?
