11 DAYS SINCE THEY RCVD MY GOLD 1 OZ AND ZERO PAYMENT YET
It has been 11 days since Monex received our 1 oz Gold Buffalo for sale. After posting a negative review on the business, they responded to the adverse review, asking me to call them, which I did. They apologized for the delay and said they would mail me a check for the agreed upon sale once it sold (they clarified that it is a "third party" and not themselves in charge of selling their own gold buffaloes). So far I have not received either a USPS future delivery notice, nor a MONEX email or text regarding payment for the gold buffalo they received 11 days ago. They still advertise a transaction turnaround of 48 hours on their website. EVIDENTLY NOT ACCURATE.

Your Buffalo was delivered to the Depository P.O. Box on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The Depository then retrieved the package from the P.O. Box on Monday, August 3, 2026.
That same day, August 3, our representative confirmed your Buffalo's arrival via voicemail. On August 5, the Buffalo was independently verified by a third party, logged into your account, and made available for sale.
We also received and reviewed your first Trustpilot review and responded requesting additional information so that we could locate your account and assist you. We likewise responded to your second Trustpilot review. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate an account using only a first name, which limited our ability to immediately identify your transaction and provide you with specific assistance.
You ultimately completed the sale of your Buffalo by telephone with your account representative on August 11, 2026. On August 12, your representative contacted you by telephone and provided the tracking number for your funds. This was within the 24–48-hour timeframe referenced on our website.
This morning you informed us you were unable to track the package and your account representative tracked it for you. As you requested, we emailed you a screenshot of the tracking number and available tracking updates from USPS.
We understand that you may have expected the process to move more quickly, and we are sorry for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced. We hope this information helps clarify the timeline and the steps taken throughout the process.
