Superb Service
We use Moneypenny as our call answering service at Grange Management (Southern) Limited.
The staff there are very professional and a simple email puts in place a messenging service, rather than call answering, which has been a monumental help lately with the team and annual leave and absences from the office.
A fantastic service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Sophie was really helpful and patient getting our AI receptionist set up. Moneypenny have been great, we have worked with them for many years and they understand our business and needs. We looked at a few suppliers but they came out on top and we are glad we we chose to partner with them.

Peace of mind and quality service
For 18 months moneypenny has provided a quality service, unfortunately I no longer needed their service due to business closing. They have provided me a peace of mind and I would also like to thank Sam personally for the follow up call in settling the service closure.

The team at moneypenny have been an extension of our company for years now… we recently went to their office and met in person the people who have been a back bone for our growing company! They are even nicer in person , their offices are sensational and the company is run like a giant family. They couldnt do enough for us. Morgane took us round and personally introduced us to every team member we work with , sat in and listened to them work asked questions and talked over business values for ages. It’s hard to take a plunge and let someone handle your precious clients but I have no doubt we have the best team and support from everyone at Moneypenny. Thank you guys keep doing a good job
