I called Monster today just to ask questions about my package. There are many pros and cons to being a monsters member. My lengthy hold was worth it. I spoke with Marc. He was fantastic. Answered all my questions and then some. Thank you, Marc!. If I could give more stars, I would.

I want to give a huge shout out to Robert Fulwood with Monsters Reservations Group! He helped me resolve an issue that I had with an upcoming cruise, and he answered all of my questions.
He was very respectful and understanding.

I booked my vacation with Kyleigh Gross and she was amazing ;) everything was done quickly and on a very positive note, my requests were referred and accommodated, loved the rep, hopefully would love the vacation package too :)

I called to book a trip and it seemed all went well. I was told I could fly into Punta Cana DR even though the destination was Puerto Vallarta DR. Good thing I had a hunch to verify the distance with the hotel and it was 7 hours. The agent stated I had complimentary shuttle service. When I called to advise of this of course no shuttle service a distance of 7 hours. So okay I asked can I change to Punta Cana they happily agreed and it was confirmed just like the last booking the fee I paid and the package I had there was no mandatory tour. Well I get to the verification person and there very much was a mandatory tour in order to go to that resort. Needless to say I was not given correct information both times and felt deceived. I was really looking forward to a nice time with my husband for my anniversary and now I can't even trust them going forward for the other trips on my package 😞So much for the white glove service I paid for ☹️

I was stressing because the hotel dates were not matching my flights. Paige was able to adjust the hotel reservation, and she provided ground transportation details. She definitely saved the day for this single mama!

Rosie was very polite and helpful, didn't push at all for extra fees for more stuff.

MikayleeMarie Mengon did her best to accommodate our very specific request. She found the exact dates we wanted at some very nice resorts!! Unfortunately, we have a family reunion at a specific place and it's not available. My fault for not calling sooner... She was more than happy to help us book our Monster Weeks and gave helpful insight into booking for the future. Nice job!!

Candace Bowe was absolutely amazing in assisting me! Although my inquiry was sales related and not reservation related, she was still more than happy to assist and reached out to the necessary parties for the correct information. Stellar customer service.

If you could leave negitive stars I would these scam artist should be closed down. I purcahsed a 3 night stay from them in February. After at least a dozen attepmts to get dates that were available I found a weekend that was open about a month and a half away. I booked the dates online and recivied an email that it was confirmed through Booksi. I have had trips booked through them before so figured I was good to go.We drove 5 plus hours to the hotel and they had no reservation for me. After driving that far I had no choice but to book and pay for my trip.
After two days of both myself and the hotel trying to speak to someone at MRG they answered and tried to insist that on my reservation it stated I had to call in and reconfirm the reservation. After arguing that it does not say that anywhere on the confirmation and basically being called a liar I forwarded the email to them. They immediately said well when you bought the package it states it. She then proceeded to email me a link that I had never seen before where in IT ONLY SAYS ITS AS EASY AS GIVING US A CALL nowhere on that page does it say its required or even sugest its part of the standard protocol.
It has been two days of a vacation I am now way over paying for in a place I really didnt want to go. And they keep sending me emails to call in to customer service with diffrent numbers each time to the same line where I sit on hold for over twenty minutes sometimes close to an hour to get some smug person on the phone that states they can not or will not fix the problem. Every time I am offered a refund of my my money but never offered the vacation I paid for or reimbesment for the three nights I am paying for currently. I refuse to take a refund because if I do they then can say they addressed the problem. So I will call in to book another trip later which im sure they will not have anything available and I will never get the trip I paid for. PLEASE AT ALL COST AVOID THESE CROOKS.

I recommend that you call Cristhian Barahona of Monster Reservations Group to help book vacations and short stays. Cristhian Barahona listened carefully and was very patient, answering all of my questions. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got the vacation I really wanted.
