Our hotel room was canceled, not sure why but called and spoke to customer service (Mikaylee Mengon) and she was wonderful. She got our information and she sent the appropriate emails where they were supposed to go and gave me a way to call her back if we didn’t hear from the company. Unfortunately I gave a 3 star because we didn’t hear back yet but I really appreciate Mikaylee’s help. I would probably give her performance a 5 star rating.
It took approximately 30 minutes until I was able to get ahold of an actual person. The person who helped me though, Alyssa S. was very informative and answered all of my questions. A+ on *Her customer service.
If you want to throw money away, Monster Vacations. I can't believe I fell for this mess. I paid about $1600.00 for 12 different vacations. I was told I can combine the vacations, now I am ready to book my travels and learn I can't combine them. Then to put a cherry on top of this scam, I talked to the representative and he told me about a resort in AZ. I was ready to book until he said I had to pay over $450.00 in cleaning fees at the minimum for each week. I got off the phone and contacted the resort directly and they said the cleaning fee was $111.00...uhhhmmm. So, I am going to eat the original cost I paid for this package, because they are shady. Customer service has no clue what they are doing, by putting you constantly on hold and telling you one thing and then changing the answer.

I decided that I no longer wanted to take the trip and received prompt and helpful customer service from Phil. They refunded the trip without any pushback, only questions to make sure it was the right decision by offering extended time. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service I received.

Do not book with Monster Reservation or Booksi! I booked trip, received a confirmation number, name and address of hotel, and called on the way there to find out what time check in time was…. They did not have a reservation for me.
Robert Fulwood made my reservation very easy to accomplish. He was upbeat, knowledgeable and fun to work with.
He made my destination sound like a perfect golf get away.
I would be happy to book any upcoming trips with Robert and Monster Reservations Group.

A scam. Horrible service. They will not answer their phone. When we had problems at the resort the people there told us Monster is the worst to deal with. They kept billing us when we asked them to stop and would not refund anything for unauthorized charges. What a scam and horrible people to work with.
