The customer service is a total disaster. There seems to be only one staff member handling the entire chat, and the information I received was completely contradictory:
First, I was told I had to place bets before the bonus could be activated.
Then, I was told I shouldn’t have placed any bets before contacting them.
On top of the bonus issues, the withdrawal process is unacceptably slow—it takes well over a week to see your money. This place is unprofessional and unreliable. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have already submitted a formal complaint to their support email, but I have received no meaningful response.
This is completely unacceptable. I request immediate processing of my withdrawal and a clear explanation of the delay.

I have been waiting 18 days to be payed out my 230 dollars in winnings. When you win you should be paid out in a reasonable amount of time. Solicitei R$ 1.500 em 07/11, R$ 1.500 em 08/11 e R$ 1.800 em 09/11. Depois disso, ainda fiquei com saldo de R$ 8.000 na conta.
Mesmo após mais de 20 dias de atraso, o cassino passou a pedir ainda mais documentos. Já enviei tudo há mais de uma semana, e até agora nada foi verificado.
Esse dinheiro seria a realização de um sonho. Tenho passado noites sem dormir, entrando todos os dias para ver se o dinheiro caiu na conta — e a situação só piora.
