MonsterWin is a SCAM casino – stay far away!

This casino has scammed me out of at least €4,000. When I deposit that much money, I at least expect to get half of it back—but MonsterWin pays nothing. I’ve played at many casinos in my life, so I know how the industry works.

To test if they even process withdrawals, I requested a €100 payout on Monday, August 4th, 2025. Today is August 7th, and they still haven’t approved it. I’ve tried many online casinos, but MonsterWin is by far the biggest scam I’ve ever encountered.

Worse yet, I’ve been trying to close my account for two weeks, but their shady "customer service" keeps asking for unnecessary personal details instead of helping. It’s clear they just want to stall and trap players.

WARNING: Avoid MonsterWin at all costs! This is a pure scam operation, not a legitimate casino.

Retiro bloqueado sin explicación – Me piden que deposite más para liberar mi dinero.

Intenté retirar mis fondos desde Monsterwin2.com y, después de varios días de espera, me dijeron que el retiro fue cancelado porque supuestamente fue rechazado por mi banco. Contacté directamente a mi entidad financiera y me confirmaron que no hay ningún intento de pago rechazado ni transacción bloqueada.

Pedí al casino una prueba del intento de pago (comprobante, ID de transacción o el nombre del proveedor), pero nunca me la dieron. En lugar de eso, me dijeron que para poder retirar, tengo que hacer otro depósito mínimo usando el mismo método que usé antes. Esta es una práctica abusiva e inaceptable.

⚠️ No recomiendo este casino a nadie.
Bloquearon mi retiro y me exigen más dinero para “desbloquear” mis propios fondos. Esto parece una estafa deliberada.

Estoy recopilando todas las pruebas (chats, capturas, correos) para hacer la denuncia correspondiente y seguir alertando a otros jugadores

I had 30 euros, I converted them into 500, after a few days of waiting, Monsterwin sent me messages saying that the payment would be completed as soon as possible, because it was an emergency since my account had no money, in the negative, and today, the 4th, they sent me a message saying that the 500 euros were cancelled, and I don't have access to the account because they have blocked it, they blocked my access permanently, so they have just stolen 500 euros from me and I have no money right now, thank you Monsterwin.

Casino si on peut appeler ça comme !! Plus que malhonnête. Ne payes les gains ça fait 3 semaines que j'ai un retrait en attente. Leur tchat c'est des demeuré ils comprennent rien. Un conseil fuyez très loins de cette arnaque

Auf den ersten Blick ein gutes Casino, aber die Auszahlungsdauer geht ewig, bis man die Auszahlung storniert und den Gewinn wieder einsetzt und verliert. RTP sind vermutlich sehr tief, habe z.B. bei ThunderCoins keine Angabe gefunden!

I requested a 100,000 HUF withdrawal 19 days ago, and they still haven’t paid me.
Support only sends copy-paste replies like "it’s being prioritised" but nothing is actually done. My KYC was completed before the request, yet the withdrawal isn’t even processed.
I’ve filed a complaint on Casino.Guru. This is unacceptable — I do not recommend this casino to anyone.

✅ Update: After 19 days and multiple public complaints, MonsterWin finally paid out my 100,000 HUF withdrawal.
I’m glad it’s resolved, but it clearly required external pressure to get it done.

Ce qu’il me semble bizarre déjà , c’est je peux faire un retrait sans qu’on me demande ma carte d’identité tout ça.. Aujourd’hui 16/07/25 je suis monté à 300€ ma demande reste à être approuvé part MonsterWin et ensuite ça devrait être bon , mais la c’est trop long , en regardant les commentaires c’est pas rassurant

Während meine erste Auszahlung in Höhe von 500 € nach drei Werktagen bearbeitet wurde, warte ich auf die zweite Auszahlung inzwischen seit über 14 Tagen – ohne jegliche Rückmeldung vom Support.

While my first withdrawal of €500 was processed within three business days, I’ve now been waiting over 14 days for my second payout – with no response from customer support.

Even more concerning is the fact that the casino lacks a valid license and has questionable terms and conditions.

Which by the way has to be done in 2 transactions ( 2-4 day withdrawal time ) as a level one is restricted to 700 a day withdrawal.
The vip hosts that are supposed to respond right back to you, legit respond with in 2-3 business days saying they were on days off. I am not sure if they just have one but that is what it seems like.
The payouts on this casino are horrific like there is no pay outs at all it seems. HOWEVER when you do get low on funds you will win a " mega win " that is $23 and then not win again in 50 spins.
Someone is getting rich and it isnt the patrons.
I would stay very clear of this casino at all costs, It will cost you a fortune and you will make nothing back in return. When you ask to be exempt from the casino as I have 4 times or a cool down phase you will not be allowed which i am pretty sure is illegal.

All in all save yourself the headache and just dont play at this casino there are many more that have good pay outs and withdrawal times that are much less

Ich hab mich bei Monsterwin angemeldet und dem Boni abgestaubt. Habe es tatsächlich geschafft 2500 € umzusetzen und hatte noch 600 € 500 € hab ich mir auszahlen lassen was auch nach drei Tagen funktioniert hat. Mit der übrigen 100 € hatte ich Glück und hab 6000 € gewonnen, da ich einfach das Risiko mit 100,01 € Umdrehung versuchen wollte.
Alles super gefreut das war am 26. Juni habe ich die zweite und dritte Auszahlung beantragt.
Die Regeln sind echt komisch man kann nur 500 € auszahlen lassen und die haben sich echt gut im klein gedruckten Informationen, dass es bis zu drei Werktagen dauern kann bis die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird. Okay hab ich in Kauf genommen d.h. pro Tag 500 €
Man kann nur drei Auszahlungen anfordern jeweils 500 €. Ich hab bis dato die erste Auszahlung in Höhe von 500 € bekommen. Die anderen sind schon seit einer Woche in Bearbeitung, wenn ich da nachfrage beim Servicecenter kriege ich immer wieder die ein und selbe Antwort jeden zweiten Tag die Finanzabteilung, prüft das. Es ist noch in Bearbeitung und so weiter die spekulieren drauf, dass man dann das Geld wieder verzockt, schätze ich mal, was auch geschehen ist. Mir ist das alles zu blöd. Da gewinnt man mal und dann sowas, obwohl das ein und selbe Klan ist. Na damit ihr Bescheid wisst für mich trifft es sich gut, da die deutschen online Casinos total langweilig sind und ich gar keine Lust da drauf habe und jetzt durch diese Misere ich mich entschlossen und auch so fühle, dass es für mich war mit online Casinos etc. allein diese Regel 500 € höchstens pro Tag auszahlen D.h. für 6000 € rauszukriegen, müsste ich zwölf Auszahlungen beantragen kann aber nur drei hintereinander und dann muss ich warten bis eine bearbeitet wird und dann kann ich die nächsten 500 € und so weiter

Never had an issue, withdraws always took the maximum amount of time alotted, ontill I wonder a grand prize, now it's been weeks and it's still pending. Pretty sure ther customer service is just chat bots, no help what so ever, every responce is just a repeat of the last responce. This site is a scam.

I had a very positive experience at first, god game, nice site. But they dont pay out. Been waiting for my withdraw for a week now. Will update review when i Get my money.
