I came across a Montana West ad and it peaked my interest. So I ordered the $20 mystery box and the Wrangler blind mini box. I just got my order today and I was amazed at the Montana West boot stitch Hobo bag I unwrapped. The quality was better than I thought it would be from the mystery box. It looks like real suede. And oh that mini bag was perfect. I have to admit that I did go back and order a purse and wallet that caught my eye along with a couple more mystery boxes just for the fun of the surprise factor.

The website is incredibly easy to shop on for starters . What I really liked was the variety of sizes in each bag print , some even had handle options . They offer free shipping on orders over a certain price AND will give free gifts after a certain price . I ordered two bags , the sunflower tote and the brown cow pront bag . Both we even better in person! Quality was excellent - they were wrapped and put on a dust bag and in a plastic bag then in the shipping bag ! Well packaged and quick shipping !

I really wanted to love this purse! It checked all the boxes in what I wanted in a crossbody purse. Small, cute, built in card slots…. Perfect…. Until I unwrapped the package. The wallet part on the front is so darn heavy that the purse tips over. I wanted a small purse because I don’t carry much on me most of the time… but I would have to cram it crazy full to keep it from falling forward everytime I sit it down. It even hangs funny across my body because the front is so heavy. And I am horrible at zipping the main bag, so I can see all the contents spilling out everywhere pretty often.

I had an easy ordering experience, my bags shipped fast and I couldn't be happier with my choices! Great company to deal with and the bags are well made.

Get a new delivery service. YOUR ITEMS ARE COMIN FROM CHINA, NOT THE USA. I ordered on the 17th of April, Wife bday is the 25th, didn't think that something comin from 'merica would take weeks to get to me but here we are. I ordered on the 17th, with the weekend coming I knew nothin was gonna move but on the 21st, tracking info popped up, cool. Is says label created Gwinnett, GA. Oh this shouldn't take too long, my Wife should have it on her bday....WRONG!!!! NOOO!!!!!!! Here it is 4/28/26 and my shit has been deported, imported, left and returned to 3 different facilities but it's still on the way. I called to ask and the lady was reading off her preset responses. What I do find out is the shit ships from China, not 'merica. I asked why does the tracking show gwinnett, ga but my bag has been deported and imported..... wtf??? She told me that after the items get to america thats when trackin starts. So now im confusion cause if the label was created in Gwinnett, ga how does trackin start after it reaches America? If its in America, y u deport it? Is the bag illegal wit felonies? Today 4/28/26 still no bag so idk if its real, idk where it's at but ya customers service lady Pissed me off I told her "fck you". If my shit aint here by Fri yall can keep it and return my money wit the same enthusiasm ya took it. I wish I could post pics cause I got receipts

I didn't like the purse. It was way to big. Otherwise it was beautiful. I can't figure out how to return it. I was really expecting 2 things.

I ordered a concealed carry bag and it came with the most awesome little matching holster! Super soft padding where my pistol sits inside the concealed pocket, too! I looked at many concealed carry purses before deciding on Montana West for both their variety and workmanship; neither has disappointed me.

I absolutely love all of the Montana West products. I’ve never had an issue with anything other than choosing which one to get next! They go with all of my daily clothes as well as my nicer going out on the town outfits. The staff is fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I give the company 10 stars out of 5.
