Monteith Windows & Doors Reviews

I don’t often leave reviews unless I really feel it’s worth it and Monteith Windows & Doors definitely deserve it.
To be honest I will cut to the chase. I would not bother obtaining several quotes from other businesses.

The quality of products they use, the service provided, the price quoted and the speed of fitting ticks every box.

Had a few companies come round and either it was pushy sale, non competitive quote or just didn’t feel comfortable moving forward.

The guys fitting were absolutely fantastic and the finish they have provided is just amazing. They work non stop and are very accommodating in every way.

Had a chat with Stephen at the end of the job and he mentioned he is not trying to create a monster company but simply wants to run a business where every customer is 100% satisfied and if not he will fix it. But you can see from the reviews there is no coming back to fix any problems or leaving the job not 100% complete.

Thank you to all at Monteith W&D who fitted all of our windows and 4x velux, sorted the scaffolding and pretty left as if they had never been here.

Superb professionalism, craftsmanship and courtesy from start to finish.

Excellent product Whole process very smooth and efficiently completed.

Stephen and his team arrived at stated time, did a very tidy and professional job. I am abaolutely delighted with the finished outcome and at the price agreed, I would highly recommend Stephen and his team for any window and door upgrades.

Stephen helped me a couple of years ago with a repair to French doors which saved me the cost of having to replace them (which I was prepared to do until Stephen offered to try to fix the issue) so I didn't hesitate to contact him when the lock started to fail on our back door. From start to finish Stephen kept me fully informed of progress and even ended up providing me with (in my opinion) a nicer door at a much better price. The staff that I met during the measuring and then fitting process were all lovely, pleasant and helpful. The fitters were extremely tidy and did a fantastic job. The aforementioned French door will need replacing soon and I won't hesitate to contact Stephen to get the work done as I know it will be a great job at a fair price.

From first contact to making sure delivery and his team had everything for job in hand to coming back to make sure the bi-fold doors/windows installed correctly to his standards Stephen was excellent. The quality of door and windows are 5 star and can’t thank Stephen and his team for all their hard work with the best price around. Well done Stephen and your team, will be recommending you all to family and friends. All the best

I couldn’t be happier with my new windows. From start to finish, Stephen and the team made me feel completely at ease. There was no hard sell; they offered honest advice and a straightforward approach that made the whole process stress-free. Stephen is a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about his customers. The service was top-notch from beginning to end. Everything felt very focused on the customer, and the results speak for themselves. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and great service thanks again Kirsty &Andy

Fantastic service from start to finish, no hard sale at quote stage, this is the second job Monteith windows have done within our family and don’t think we’ll use anyone else from now on.

Highly recommend this company if your looking at new windows or doors.

On time to any appointment they made, spent time explaining different designs and styles of windows, doors, handles etc.

Great guys who worked away quietly and standard of finish is top quality.

Stephen and his team are the best. We absolutely love our brand new windows and door, we are awaiting the coveted award of best windows and doors in Mosspark!

Contacted Stephen about replacing our windows and doors great service from start to finish from his team really nice guys would highly recommend

Stephen and his team provided a 5 star service from start to finish. From providing a quote, offering advice, the workmanship, punctuality & quality of the replacement windows I couldn’t fault it. They all worked so hard from start to finish. They cleaned & tidied as they went removing all rubbish when the job was complete. I am so happy with my new windows & would highly recommend them. Thank you Stephen.

Excellent service. High quality product. Very skilled fitters.

We felt from first contact that Stephen was someone we could trust. He responded quickly to every question and provided a detailed, written quotation, together with normal delivery/installation times. One thing that stood out was that he did not demand up-front payment, which increased our feeling that this was a firm who had integrity. The works were carried out on the agreed day by very good tradesmen and everything was left clean, neat and tidy. As someone who has spent 45 years managing building contracts, I would highly recommend Monteith Windows and Doors. I wish them every success in the future.

Stephen and his team were excellent from start to finish, the guys were Amazing, clean, tidy and on time.
I highly recommend this company. Everything explained and great price.
Very happy with my doors.

Stephen was excellent at explaining everything that would happen and when.

This company installed kitchen windows for us. Everything was done on time and to a high standard. Stephen McKinney was extremely helpful throughout and oversaw the whole project. The fitters did an excellent job and Stephen returned upon completion to ensure that we were fully satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I spent months trying to get a good price and spec on my sash and case windows replacement, with no luck. From the first contact to the final one, everything about this company was a delight to deal with. I couldn't recommend them enough, fitted my windows and doors without any disruption or damage to the house, and the final results were fantastic. Would definitely use again for future projects.
