The Monterey Company, Inc. Reviews

I placed a rush order on lapel pins. Got them early, and the quality is superb. I couldn't be happier. We gave them to college engineering students. They (and we) were excited about the quality and design of the pins.

I am so happy with the personalized and fast service! Josh called to give me the inside scoop on soft vs hard enamel pins - bottom line for us: soft enamel pin production has fewer steps, therefore, is faster to ship. He was patient and helped me through the entire process, ensuring the pins were delivered on time (one day earlier than promised!).

They are beautiful! Thanks so much, Josh and The Monterey Company.

Our custom embroidered patches came out beautifully! Our salesperson Sarah was very easy and pleasant to work with. Her customer service was exceptional as well as the quality of the product. I would highly recommend The Monterey Company.

Out of many patch/merch companies I've worked with, Monterey Company is EASILY the best one in my experience. Quality products and customer service is phenomenal, especially Josh who has helped us through several projects.

Product was fine, but they are not American-made. I had selected to purchase from the company because I was trying to support an American business who manufactures in the U.S., and their website says, “Nestled in beautiful Bend, Oregon, The Monterey Company, Inc. has been crafting high-quality metal products, stylish headwear, and quality custom promotional items since 1989.” When the package arrived, I was surprised to see the return address in China.

Sharing this review so other customers are aware if they are trying to support local businesses. Just want folks to know what they’re buying.

The Monterey Company made these custom coins, which made it much easier to make class rings for my high school seniors.

The communication was really great during the whole process, and my pins turned out perfect! Thank you, I would definitely use this company again!

My husband worked with Amy to create a custom hat patch and it came out perfectly! Based on his experience, I contacted Amy about a small run of custom wine labels I needed . It wasn’t a typical project for them since I needed design help. It was great- Amy communicates efficiently and the artists were awesome! Project was a huge success at our fundraiser.

I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service provided by The Monterey Company. I recently needed a few custom patches made for our agency, and the entire process was absolutely seamless. We had a few color changes along the way, and Josh and his team handled them effortlessly, ensuring the final product was exactly what we needed.

We’ve been loyal customers for 4 years now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—they consistently deliver top-notch quality and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Monterey Company, for everything you do. Keep up the amazing work! We look forward to working with you for many more years to come!

Working with Josh gave me confidence my high expectations can be met. I was demanding customer and Josh was patience with me and very helpful.

The Monterey Company was great to work with. Our contact, Josh, is very communicative and was able to help us decide which pin best fit our needs. We are very happy with the quality of the pin we received and we would recommend this company.

The silver plated buckles I ordered for my race came out beautifully and I will be reordering again for future races. Josh was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy from start to finish.

Excellent local company, quick service and quality embroidery. Highly recommend!

Our company has been working with Monterey for several years on a number of challenge coins to commemorate each of our projects, and each order always receives the nicest feedback from our team members and clients! The sales and design team has been great with assistance on our custom designs and is quick to respond to inquiries and recommendations. We look forward to working with them again for more of our upcoming projects!
