Some issue with mini HB that could not fit into Gibson Deluxe mechanically. Also one of the 2 pickups didn't work properly, and I had to send back.
But thanks to Monthy's team I could exchange for a set of PAF. So finally all ended well.

Great pups! I was surprised by an additional tariff fee from FedEx for $50 though.

Monty’s have been great to deal with. They’ve answered question quickly, their products are great and their packaging is amazing. I got a set of Monty’s PAFs, overspun, and paired them with a SD Quarter Pound Tele Neck in the middle. Between the Freeway 5B5 switch and all three individually splittable/tappable, I get an amazing number of absolutely awesome sounds from it. My favourite guitar!

I bought a set of 54 p90s in the humbucker size. I am beyond impressed. They are very versatile being able to give a true 54 cranked p90 but also a glassy clear tone that only p90s can. I also added a bass bleed and this transformed them into a vintage clear tone that sounds like nothing else. Absolutely beautiful and nothing like I have ever played before. The looms use quality cts pots and shielded wire. Worth every cent from a team that take pride in their work.

Completely transformed my guitar, pick ups are fook’in amazing, clarity and volume without to much gain. The highs are pretty and the lows you can actually feel not just hear, mids have stomped being honky. 54/56 p90 set
Wiring loom is perfect.. I’ve never had a guitar before where the tone and volume knobs work properly and open up a new world.. everything spot on and a really nice team of folk should you want to visit

Spoke to Mat on the phone about the requirements I hoped for on my 1975 Telecaster. He advised the Retro Wind Telecaster Pickup, which I purchased. The Tele still sounded a bit sharp at the top. ai ordered the 5 way switch with 50's wiring and loom and discovered while fitting the loom that in the old wiring the pots were 1Meg each !!! so no wonder it sounded brittle. I now have a very versatile Tele which I am very pleased with

I bought the 63 flat pole stratocaster set. All 3 pickups on their own are great but in-between selections are outstanding.
