Fake retailer, pretending to be UK based

Products only barely resemble the photographed items. Clearly substandard fake goods from china. Refusal from store support to provide returns address. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid my order has not arrived they say if has yet cant provide any proof of delivery very disappointed.

Total scam ordered a pair of leather boots, when arrived 6 weeks later not leather cheap Chinese rubbish.
Only good for wearing when gardening ( stay well clear)

I bought some hoodies that say DEAR PERSON IN FRONT OF ME and never got them it's a scam and the other company that says moodclothing is a scam as well they are just changing their name to scam more people this company need to go to jail

Ok so I did an order on 10/31 I have emailed them several times and haven’t heard nothing it’s like what the hell you say oh we will answer in 4 hours that’s a lie you want our money you have no problem taking our money thinking we’re doing something positive but yet you all can’t even answer I have yet to receive a dam thing no tracking number no answer from my email like seriously a little communication doesn’t hurt

Order pair of leather sneakers, box arrived from company with some cheap looking stationary storage item inside. Have emailed had no response! Avoid!

I BOUGHT THE "DEAR PERSON" HOODIE.. IT TOOK ALMOST 30 DAYS TO GET HERE AND THEN IT DIDN'T EVEN GET MAILED TO ME.NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! LET ALONE THEY MAILED IT TO ANOTHER FREAKING CITY. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER AS WELL!! THERE'S NO ACTUAL PERSON TO SPEAK WITH JUST EMAILS AND THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU.. DONT BLOW YOUR MONEY.. THIS WHOLE SITE IS A SCAM.. LIKE A 90 DAY MAIL ORDER BRIDE. A PONZI SCAM!!! FAKE SIGHT FAKE EVERYTHING.... THE ONLY THING REAL IS THAT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY

I never recieved my order of a hoody. Tracked it with Shop which said it was delivered. It’s been two days since then and still have not recieved.

Ordered two jumpers, one communication to say my order was on the way I tried to track but to my surprise the shipment is coming from china not what I expected from a uk shop, tried to contact company several times to see were my garments are but no response each time looks like I’m £70 down please be aware of this company.

Would leave NO STARS if possible!!!!!

PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING, took 7 weeks for my order to arrive. Sent several email requests for update (4) and received NO COMMUNICATION.

4 days after they finally arrived, notified of updated status indicating that the order was delivered and SIGNED FOR --- NOT TRUE, JUST THROWN ON MY STEPS--NO SIGNATURE GIVEN...WOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I placed an order a month ago and I have emailed them numerous times with no response.

The site seems a little shady to me.

purchased a T-shirt from the brand Mood and I have to say, I'm impressed. Not only is the quality of the shirt great, but the design is unique and eye-catching. What really sets Mood apart, is the animation feature. When I used the Instagram filter on my T-shirt, it came to life in a way I never expected. The animation was smooth and added an extra layer of fun to my social media posts. I received a lot of compliments on my shirt and people were curious about where I got it. I will be purchasing more animated items once they drop… 💯

Such a unique brand! Absolutely love my T-shirt and hoodie, can’t wait for more designs to come out so I can purchase again! Never seen anything like it before. 10/10 customer service and clothing quality. Haven’t got a bad word to say about anything! Amazing.
