Support takes way to long some events only last 24 hours and already waiting 11.5 hours for a response what a sh*t show!

Absolutely disgusting company. Vile human beings. Exploitative. Crooks. Greedy. Don't care about their players. Take take take.

I am a veteran Coin Master player who has been with this game since 2017. I reached Level 180 through years of effort and dedication. My account is linked to my Apple ID, but Moon Active refuses to restore it because of a deactivated Facebook account.
​To prove my identity and skill, I did the impossible: In just 15 DAYS, I built a new account from scratch to Level 122, and I currently hold 37,100 SPINS and 30,360 duplicate stars. Most importantly, I have NEVER spent a single penny on this game. I achieved all of this through pure strategy and skill. No ordinary player can achieve this in two weeks without spending money—only a veteran who knows the game since 2017 can do this.
​I have provided video evidence and my Player ID, yet the support (Ticket ID: JKMXEY-6N35N) continues to stall and hide behind the "Facebook" excuse. This is a total lack of respect for long-term player loyalty and data security.
​I am currently in direct contact with Apple’s Senior Support Management regarding this matter. If Moon Active cannot restore my Level 180 account, I demand a fair compensation of 100,000 spins on my current Level 122 account for the years of history I have with this game.

Since early February, my account has been functionally broken. As a high-volume player, I’ve documented a synchronization error that prevents event UIs from appearing, despite the game awarding tokens for them. I have lost over 400,000 XP and the rewards from 94,660 Team Battle points.
Support refuses to escalate to a manager and instead offers 'goodwill' gifts that don't cover 1% of the loss. They are contradicting their own technical staff's previous admissions of a fault. Total lack of integrity and technical competence. Avoid spending until they fix their sync issues.

Absolutely terrible company that does nothing but make extremely greedy and exploitative mobile games that are no better than slot machines. All their games use predatory pricing, predatory monetisation, exploitative psychological tricks to extract as much money form people as possible. These apps are designed to exploit addictions and the neurodivergent and the developersdefend this style of app making.

Instead of banning kids form access to the internet how about we crack down on the gambling apps that pose as video games on mobile stores.

Only come across them due to constantly receiving requests form people on social media to join their stupid apps. I love video games, hate gambling and can honestly say I despise any company that would make any effort to exploit people for profit! Especially through gambling

The guy that created Coin Master and Travel Town is a very talented guy for sure but the thing I don’t understand why do you charge so much money for Add ons ? Honestly Coin Master if I buy a package that cost 90 pounds plus i only get few thousands spins and who knows the game they know that is a total ripoff. I love these games but to play and enjoy it cost me a fortune, and I know in my team people spend lots of money to stay on top the events we play. If you guys put the money down you will have more people buying the add ons is a Marketing strategy is the quantity not the quality that counts. Another thing be nice if you throw a bone sometimes to your loyal customers !!

Do not get involved. Do not let your kids play these games. Do not waste money. The worst part is is absolutely rigged. You don't get anywhere unless you were to try to spend money to get absolute. The tech service customer service is always absolutely horrible. It's always oh I'll look into it. Yep and they never do things. Go missing all the time. If you take screenshots you send stuff over and it's always nothing wrong on my side. These people are going to all burn in hell

As long as this thing has been around from whenever till now. The sad part is they tried to have a lawsuit against them and I don't know what ever happened.

I would suggest saving your money and going to an actual casino where you can actually win something worthwhile and you have better odds and that's not saying much. I'd rather gamble with the mafia then deal with these people. I'd rather gamble with the devil. Don't support these people

L' ho disinstallato perché il gioco è peggiorato moltissimo, lo sconsiglio perché crea dipendenza da denunciare chi lo ha creato , installerò un altro gioco più divertente non una come Coin master, pilotato al 100 x 100 aumentando le puntate si ruba tutti gli spin, i support operatori sono da voto sottozero , non riescono a risolvere i problemi e ti prendono anche in giro con le bugie.

Unverschämt, da als kostenlos beworbene Spiele, bei denen man nur weiter kommt, wenn man im Laufe der Spiele kostenpflichtige Sachen dazu kauft. Betrug!

L'Algorithme vous prend beaucoup plus que vous ne gagnez. De 150 000 000 000 que j'ai accumulé en 3 ans, je suis passé en 4 jours seulement à 16 milliards. Depuis plus d'un mois, il est impossible de dépasser 21 000 000 000, on retombe aussitôt à 16. Il y a aussi la roue, avant on pouvait avoir 450 ou 550 millions de temps en temps. Aujourd'hui rien, juste 7 ou 14 millions et ça ne va pas plus haut. Votre algorithme a pété un plomb, je vais abandonner avec regret ce jeu.

Null Kompetenz vom Service. Löschung des Kontos nicht möglich. Beschreibung die sie einem geben für benötigte Daten passt überhaupt nicht. Wenn sie das nicht bekommen keine Löschung. Nach Einreichung der Daten die ich auf eigenem Weg gefunden habe meldet sich wieder keiner was vorher ganz schnell ging. Bloß nie wieder!!!! Über den Button Löschung des Kontos im Spiel selbst ist nach mindestens 6 mal betätigen nichts passiert. Gemeldet hat sich darauf hin bis heute keiner.

I just received an email that the game I purchased the items for has ended, but to make up for it, they sent me, get this...500 spins. What a joke! No refund or anything.
I think it's time another lawsuit is brought against them!

I made a purchase and never received my items. I have emailed them several times and the only response I get is the automatic reply that they received my message.
I have also had several problems in the game like my character going to sleep long before the time is up, getting notifications that I earned a reward, but there is nothing there and many other issues.
I wish I could get back all the money I put into this dumb game.
The only reason I started playing to begin with was to earn rewards on a different app for reaching certain levels.
I want them to respond so that I can finally delete this game.
They make way too much money off of us for them to treat their customers like trash.
They make over $16 million a WEEK!

I would give this Money loving company zero stars if I could. There games are starting to be more about money rather then there customers, the game has got worse. There making sure that you do not advance just to have you spend money. BEWARE the more money you spend the harder they make game play for you. Be very careful because I am not sure who is behind the emails, but because I complained they BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND MARKED IT AS INVALID. They could care less about customer complaints as I said and mine are all valid, they were just complaints that there employees whom get paid to address did not want to hear. With that being said be very mindful of Coin Master it should be renamed to Money Master because that is all this company cares about. I have tons of receipts and can prove with my recordings of game play. If they permanently decide to discriminate and block me permanently out of pure truth and evil it’ll save me tons of money for playing a game that don’t care enough for you investigate your claims and just block you for asking questions after you have spent tons of money, they try to make you out to be a villain.If you ask me the FTC needs to start investigating!!!!!!

This is by far the worst costumer service I have ever recieved. After waiting an extremely long time for any type of response, I finally recieved a generic message that offered absolutely no solution to my issue. I spent a ton of time and energy on completing an island and due to a glitch on there side, I was unable to collect my rewards. They are unsympathetic to that issue even though the fault is entirely there own. I am leary to move forward with the game and will definitely never spend any more real money on it. How can you be certain this won't happen again? Glitches and mistakes happen but I would expect them to make it right when they do. It should not be at the cost of the consumer.
