finally got the grout clean with this

plugged it in, noticed the handle stayed cool even though steam was blasting for half an hour. only thing is, the hose needed a firmer twist. way better than the bulky one i tried from the grocery store last year.

Great sounds.

My earpods are exactly what I have been looking for. Superb sound, without stuffing them down my earhole. And at a really good price. Great item at a great price. What's not to like. 👍

It took over 4 weeks to be delivered…

It took over 4 weeks to be delivered despite what they said, it can even later than expected za
I would not have paid £5.00 for this, it was not what they said, I paid £16.98 for it - rubbish -
Do not use them - they are a rip off - they will take you money and lead you up the garden path - I cannivwven get my hand in - the one where they said was a lot bigger not just a tiny little thing - I am going to request a refund

Huge jeans, refusal to refund me.

I ordered a pair of jeans. When they arrived I tried them on and realised they were at least a size too large. I immediately wrote Customer Service requesting an exchange for a pair in a smaller size. I asked for the address and a refund form they might need to send me. They replied quickly, but insisted “it isn’t worth it” for me to spend the money to return the jeans, and perhaps I should give them to someone as a gift. They also offered a 20% discount off my next purchase. No mention of doing an even exchange for another pair of jeans (which I really liked the look of!). I wrote them back saying that there is no one I’d hide jeans to as a gift, and that I was happy to pay shipping to return the jeans so I could get my £30 back and put it towards a smaller pair. Also, why would I want to be out £30 and THEN spend another £24 for another pair?! I’m then out £54 and stuck with a pair of jeans that will never fit me! I have since been ignored. So I am stuck with these huge jeans. Extremely disappointing, verging on a scam. Don’t buy from this company.

Still awaiting my delivery states picked up by courier on 4/2/26 no response from moonbeamt getting concerned

Does not allow me to paste screenshots of delivery schedule which still shows 04/02/26 collected by Evri!!!
Also 6 email requests not replied to until I raised complaint with PayPal ( very interesting )
Advert said two to three days delivery you don’t tell any one these products are coming from China??? never going to be 2/3 days

Poor service all round

On 29th jan 2026 I ordered two tarpaulin sheets. I was given a tracking code.
Updates from the tracking code suggest that two attempts to deliver my goods were made on 6th and 7th Feb 2026 but no one was home. I checked my cameras and NO-ONE came to my house either date. The tracking app hasn't been updated since the 7th Feb and today is the 9th.
*****UPDATE. 11 Feb 2026*****
It appears that my house number was missing from my order address. Auto fill at its finest! The service team have emailed me saying my package will be resent. I eagerly await delivery.

Easy Ordering Process

Ordering was very simple. I purchased two of these bird feeders and they have made a noticeable difference in attracting birds to my garden. The feeders were well packaged and arrived in great condition. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for a quality bird feeder.
