Moon Roast Coffee Reviews

Love the decaf. Subscription comes quickly, I get a occasional sample which is super fun. My only frustration is the subscription management system but I can live with it.

Fantastic delivery service, we ordered our coffee grinder on Monday morning and it was delivered by Tuesday lunch time. Product is great and a fantastic price

Love the company and the service they provide. Coffee is superb. Went for the Columbian this time for something different, but I won't lie, nothing beats Moonshot.

Highly recommend

Ordering was easy, price was right, communications about the status of my order was good and my item was ready for collection when I arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Moon Roast are a quality service with a personal touch. I had a problem with a coffee bag not being sealed properly therefore loosing a lot of coffee upon opening package.i had ordered an Aeropress and Festive blend pre ground.
I was sent a reply email virtually straight away with a replacement bag sent out arriving the day after boxing day which was fast and a personal greeting written on invoice. Lovely thing to see a company that has care like this🤗 will definitely order again in future

I’ve tried a lot of the Moon Roast whole beans, each new one I try often gets a ‘this is the best one yet’ reaction from me. I’ve just opened a bag of the ‘Festive’ and that is the best one yet.

The Lunar, Brazil, Candover and Moonshot beans are exceptional too. Great consistency - keep up the great work!

This is the best company and coffee. Ever. We love you guys!

Love the new nespresso compatable pods... please introduce more flavours. Always love our moon roast subscription order and we love to gift the coffee too!

Ordering was easy - we love the coffee so much we ordered 3 months supply and avoided delivery charges as we cannot pick up. The order came promptly and was well packaged - coffee as good as ever and we do enjoy this coffee - even as pensioners we know what we enjoy and do treat ourselves when we can! Thank you

very easy to order. my postman commented on the fab coffee smell from the package.
delicious and ordered after being given a packet as a gift previously. cant wait to try the festive blend at Christmas

Love Moon Roast coffee they simply do the best coffee! I love all the different roasts and always order a selection. I don’t buy my coffee from anywhere else.

A great little company making excellent coffee. I’ve been using subscription for a couple of years & works amazingly

Love Moonroast. Amazing coffee beans and so easy to set up a monthly subscription so you always have fresh beans delivered just when you need them.

Lovely coffee. Very well packed, fast delivery.
Thank you.

Great coffee, quick delivery and a sensible price

Fantastic coffee and outstanding customer service. My query was answered immediately and professionally. Definitely a coffee and a company I would recommend without hesitation.

I'd been meaning to visit Moon Roast for a long time, finally made it there on my birthdau in the summer - thought I would treat myself.
So glad I did! I came away with a bag of one of their 'guest' beans after a lovely tasting session with one of the fantastic team. Following on from that I have taken out a mail order subscription for a monthly bag of their signature Moon Shot beans.
1kg is pretty much perfect for me for a month, and although I could find much cheaper beans down the supermarket, the difference is like night and day. Since I started using these beans, I don't bother buying coffee anywhere else as the espresso I make at home is far superior.
When I work out what it actually costs per shot (1kg on subscription is under £30), I'm making double espressos at under 50p a pop - no way I'm going to pay 5 or 6 times that to have something in a coffee shop that tastes awful by comparison.
Best coffee you're going to find, hand down...

Excellent coffee choice and very quick delivery

Moon Roast is local to me and I have purchased direct from the roastery as well as on line. I have now had every flavour from their core and explore range. This is the best coffee I have had - never knew coffee could taste this good. Great company, lots of information available on the sourcing of their coffee - and even better that I am supporting a local business. Highly recommended!!
