I am impressed by the way Lauren managed and addressed all our very specific requirements. She was always open, quick and available to listen, understand and more important, to make sure we were 100 % satisfied. She is a super star.

I dealt with Lauren as part of trying to organise home insurance. Being out of state we weren't aware of all the regulations requiring home insurance to be in place before settlement and therefore Lauren had to work super fast to sort this out for us. She did it with no problems and made us feel very comfortable with the deal we were getting. She took all the stress and decision making out of it for us and made sound decisions on what and what should not be requested to be covered. Fully Recommend.
