I had an unforgettable 4-day solo trip across Morocco with Moroccan Tours — one night each in Marrakech, the Sahara Desert, Fes, and Casablanca. Everything was seamless, from airport transfers to good local guides, excellent riads, and a comfortable vehicle. The highlight was my driver, Ismail — incredibly professional, kind, humorous, and deeply knowledgeable. His superb driving, thoughtful photo stops, and insight into Berber life in Merzouga made the journey truly special. The desert experience was magical — especially the breathtaking sunrise and sunset over the sand dunes. A treasure trove of memories, and Ismail truly made it exceptional. Highly recommended!

Io ed altri 3 amici abbiamo fatto un tour di una settimana che ha compreso la visita delle splendide Fez, Marrakesh, Casablanca, Rabat, con tappa anche a Meknès (le prime due accompagnati da una guida che parlava un ottimo italiano).
Siamo stati ad Ait Ben Haddou e agli Atlas Studios a Ourzazate e abbiamo visto paesaggi mozzafiato nelle Valli del Dades e del Todra.
È stata una bellissima esperienza anche quella fatta con il cammello nel deserto di Merzouga, dove abbiamo ammirato il tramonto e anche l’alba dopo aver trascorso la serata e la notte nella tenda!
Il nostro driver Ismail è stato perfetto! Sempre puntuale, estremante educato e gentile. Ci ha aiutato, sempre con la sua calma ed il suo sorriso, in tutti i check-in nei bellissimi Riad dove abbiamo pernottato e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni e raccontato aneddoti e curiosità sul suo splendido popolo. Ci ha dato anche consigli sul cibo e accompagnato a pranzo in ristoranti tipici che da soli non avremmo mai trovato! Oltre ad aver dimostrato di essere un driver impeccabile!
Io e i miei amici siamo davvero soddisfatti dell’esperienza, che consigliamo a tutti coloro i quali vorranno visitare il Marocco. Moroccan Tours si è dimostrata un’agenzia davvero precisa ed efficiente, che ha saputo costruire l’itinerario sulla base delle nostre richieste. Absolutely amazing experience with Moroccan-tour company. As two professional women on a 5-day private luxury tour, we couldn’t have asked for more. We recently returned from a wonderful 9-day private tour to Morocco in May, organized by Moroccan Tours, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Our experience with Moroccan tours was a dream. Each stop along the way to the desert was filled with culture that has influenced local mountain towns and international cinema. Almost immediately, my partner and I felt like we were on a road trip with a close friend. Ismail accommodated every need we had. He was thorough and ensured that our safety and happiness were his top priority. He gave us wonderful information that helped us connect with the people and places we visited. The drive into the Atlas Mountains felt like we were traveling through time. Ismail shared a few details about the mountains and how these places have changed and shifted since he began leading tours. He was a helpful interpreter and taught us Moroccan Arabic, which we loved. Ismail was kind and sensitive to all our needs.

We loved taking our time at Aït Benhaddou and taking photos along the way. Ismail supported our comfort in a number of ways. My partner and I felt as though we were traveling with an old friend. Everything was simple and easy driving out to Merzouga. It was great to see Ismail glow with happiness as we engaged and sat at restaurants where he has built community. Ismail also knew it was our honeymoon, and each accommodation gifted us with flowers and cake, which we are incredibly grateful for. By the time we were in Merzouga and driving away to ride camels, we were sad Ismail was not joining us. We truly felt kinship with our driver and new friend.

Driving back to Marrakech was challenging as my partner suffered from food poisoning. Ismail made sure to stop and check in on her to ensure she had what she needed. The drive, as painful as it was for my partner, was met with ease and deep care. Ismail even made an effort to contact our hotel to ensure everything was taken care of, as our attention fell on my sick partner. We were sad to see Ismail drive away as we deeply cherished the desert tour. We couldn't have asked for a better tour and tour guide. I hope this review highlights how lucky the company is to have Ismail as a guide. Thank you for recommending this trip and for being such a wonderful organization. It is a privilege to visit Morocco and to travel out to Merzouga. Thank you for all that you do to make this a reality for travelers.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend them and Hamid!
We did a 5-day tour from Marrakech to Casablanca and had the best time! The team was super responsive and flexible, and the hotels — especially Eden Boutique — were top-notch. Our guide and driver, Hamid, was incredible. He’s a pro behind the wheel and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and having fun. We saw so much of Morocco in a short time — truly one of our best travel experiences ever!

Siamo appena rientrati da un bellissimo viaggio, organizzato impeccabilmente da Maroccan Tours. Eravamo un bel gruppetto di 8 persone: 2 famiglie con bambini tra gli 8 e i 14 anni.
L'itinerario e' stato ben calibrato sulle nostre esigenze, gli hotel in cui abbiamo dormito erano puliti e in stile marocchino, alcuni di essi veri e propri Riad, colazioni super abbondanti e varie. Abbiamo girato il cuore del Marocco con un van da 9 posti guidato da un driver davvero professionale, gentile, sorridente e sempre attento alle esigenze di tutti, compresi i bambini! Ci siamo goduti tutti la vacanza non avendo la fatica di guidare, il pensiero di dove fermarsi o la preoccupazione di lasciare il bagaglio incustodito. Per qualunque evenienza avevamo il contatto WA degli organizzatori. Fortunatamente non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di usarli ma ci siamo sentiti molto al sicuro.

This was an extensive tour that included Casablanca, Rabat, Asilah, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga, Boumaine Dades, Ouarzazate and Marrakech. Every day was an incredible adventure!
We rode on camels for two hours into the heart of the desert where we slept amid the dunes in our luxurious tents. We spent nights in colourful and comfortable Riads, filled with authentic Berber decor and enjoyed occasional overnight stays in full service, modern hotels. Our van was comfortable and spacious.
Along the way, through Grand Canyon-scale gorges, fascinating Medinas, sky blue neighbourhoods, monkey-filled forests, Cosmopolitan cities, a unique tile production complex and sandy beaches, we learned about the culture, the cuisine, the religion, the history and the people of Morocco.
We enjoyed a trio of knowledgeable local guides, a variety of African music and dance, revered holy sites and talented local artisans.
We were very pleased with the affordable price of this journey. Our group of 7 middle-aged and senior adults felt safe and well-cared for, privileged and fortunate to have booked with Moroccan Tours.
Special thanks to our wonderful tour manager, guide and driver; Ishmail, who treated us like family and is now a part of ours. He consistently catered to our needs, wants and dreams....most of which we hadn't even imagined. This tour and company are heartily recommended to anyone (at any age) looking for the experience of a lifetime.

Incredible experience. Ismail picked our group of 7 from the airport in Casa Blanca and stayed with us for 2 weeks from there to Marrakech with stops all along the way. We visited many sites, rode the Camels and enjoyed the beautiful country. I sincerely recommend this travel experience.

Moroccan Tours created an amazing itinerary for me. Ismail was my driver/tour guide. He was super helpful and very kind. As a solo traveler on this trip, he was extremely accommodating.

We have just returned from a 7-day tour of Morocco which was organised by Ismail from Moroccan Tours who responded to my initial enquiry immediately via WhatsApp. He took into account our itinerary requests and the whole trip was organised within a few messages. It was the easiest tour I've ever booked!
When we arrived in Morocco, we were met by our driver, Ismael Benamar, who welcomed us like family. He was attentive and informative and we thoroughly enjoyed his company throughout the whole of the trip. His timekeeping was impeccable and he was always willing to adapt the daily itinerary according to our requests. He was fantastic!
Our accommodation was a combination of traditional Riads and hotels/apartments.
We always received a warm welcome and the facilities and location of each were great.
We particularly enjoyed our sunset camel ride in the Sahara, visiting the incredible mosque in Casablanca, Chefchaouen and visiting the Roman ruins at Volubis.
Although there were long hours spent driving, it was great to experience the amazing variety of landscapes, great food (and weather!) of Morocco - but our lasting memories will be of the warm and welcoming people we met.

Our family of six had the most incredible experience visiting the Sahara Desert, thanks to our amazing guide, Ismail, and driver, Aziz. Their hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness made this trip truly unforgettable.

From the moment we started our journey, Ismail ensured everything was smooth and enjoyable. His fluent English communication made it incredibly easy for us to navigate and understand Moroccan culture. He also went the extra mile by helping us communicate with service staff and locals whenever we needed assistance.

Aziz, our driver, was skilled, patient, and always made us feel safe on the road. Traveling with a diverse group—my husband, toddler, and older folks (MIL and parents)—was no small task, but both Ismail and Aziz were patient and adapted last min requests to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. Even my elderly parents and MIL in her 70s were able to enjoy the camel ride and the stunning Sahara landscape without any worries.

Special mention to Hamid who handled the booking and queries in a very timely and friendly manner. It seamlessly ties up everything from start to end perfectly.

Right from the start we were impressed with the communication from Moroccan Tours. We had a short window of 9 days to visit Morocco and gave them our brief and they were creative and flexible with their response and subsequent itinerary.
However the man of the hour was Omar, our superb driver extraordinaire and most knowledgeable guide. He 100% made the trip for us. Supremely proud of his country, which is entirely understandable, he gave us such a good understanding of the history of Morocco, geology and geography but also current affairs.
Our accommodation was in a variety of riads and we could not have been more welcomed and comfortable. Omar provided us with restaurant suggestions when needed which were all sensational. The food we experienced was diverse and fabulous and Moroccan Tours most generously supplied a bottle of Moroccan wine which we enjoyed on a very chilly night in the Sahara!
We had some specialist guides provided who were all very good, our Marrakech guide, Yusef, however was outstanding and we have left that city wanting to return!
What I enjoyed the most was the flexibility ...being able to pull over at an interesting roadside stall, stop for photographs, spend as long as i liked watching artisans work/explain their craft, there was never any pressure to keep moving or to purchase products. Once Omar understood what we were interested in seeing he went out of his way to organise extremely interesting visits to all sorts of artisans and cottage industries.
We are usually very independent travellers and it's the first time we have booked a tour like this. I think we are converts! We are hugely grateful to Omar though - he was a complete star and truly made our time in Morocco magnificent.

Totally recommended! We are 3 friends who booked a 12-day trip from Casablanca based on the suggested itineraries that Moroccan tours provide on their website. The agency was open to suggestions and they willingly adapted the program to our needs in order to add a few stops, stays, etc.

Moroccan Tours was recommended by a friend who used their service last year, we decided to give it a try. Ismail has always been patient and prompt to answer all questions in detail through Whatsapp, and very flexible and accommodating on our requests, making the planning easy and smooth.

The trip itself was so memorable and amazing. Too many to mention, different Moroccan special style Riad lodgings, unique local guided city tours at Chefchaouen, Fes, and Marrakash, the highlights are the thrilling desert adventures. We rode camel into the desert, and drove ATV out, both are excellent and truly special experience. We spent an extra day at Merzouga Sahara area for desert excursion, very worth it. Our tour guide Ismail K and two other fun, kind, energetic drivers drove us on the sand dunes with three 4x4s, it was rare once in a lifetime experience. Ismail speaks perfect English, he is also very patient, and careful attention to our group's pace. The entire trip went seamless smooth.

After all, choosing Moroccan Tours definitely was the right decision we made, highly recommended.

We did 7-day tour in April, it was the perfect season to go. Ismail was the one communicated with us from the beginning and organized everything for us - the communication went really smooth from booking to answering our questions/providing information etc., in a friendly and professional manner.

We are a party of six visiting Morocco for the first time in September 2024. We are fortunate to have asked Moroccan Tours to work out a 12D/11N itinerary and attend the travel logistics. The choice was based on their excellent-quality web pages, prompt and professional responses to our questions and requests, their good-value quoted price – and indeed on the very positive testimonials from previous customers.

Moroccan Tours has been flexible and promptly made adjustments to accommodate our rather last-minute change from five to six travelers. We got to know our driver and guide Hicham prior to travels. We arrived in three different flights (one with unscheduled delay), and Hicham met us at the airport smooth and hassle-free. Over the next twelve days, Hicham drove us safe and comfortable and without the feel of rush despite the long distance around his vast Country. He patiently answered our questions and met our wishes. Details were attended, and with hearts. Some “Can we try this and that?” challenging requests in the middle of the desert were noted and then realized several days later along the way. The choice of the riads, some for comfort and some for locations, was also well-thought.

With the much-appreciated efforts of Hicham, Moroccan Tours, the local guides (special mentions to Mohamed at Marrakesh and Aziz at Merzouga) and even the camel leader (who switched to become a music player at the evening campfire), we did see and experience much of the diverse Morocco -- the expansive landscape, rich culture, long history and friendly people -- much more than most 12-day tourists can expect. We feel that we are treated not only as clients, but more as guests and friends.

We undoubtedly would seek the service of Moroccan Tours if we would have the opportunity to visit Morocco again, and would enthusiastically recommend them to our interested friends.
