Morocco Tours was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible when we we planning our tour. They were willing to adjust to provide the exact experience that we wanted, and knew exactly the people and places that would give us an amazing experience. Everything about the tour was fantastic - the driver was friendly and personable, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were luxurious. Would recommend without hesitation.

Loved every minute of my trip. Loved the ability to work with my driver to tailor a few things "on the fly." I have recommended Morocco to all my friends.

We had an excellent trip and cannot speak too highly of the organization of the trip, the accommodation and meals, the itinerary and especially our driver Khalid.

We had an excellent trip with our driver, Laaziz who could not have been more fun or professional. Our hotels were comfortable and we saw lots of fascinating sites.
We especially loved L'MA Lodge in Skoura....what a special place. The Berbere Palace and a few of the stops were more "tourist places", though perfectly good....not sure what the choices are so I can't really double guess where else we might have gone....our only hitch was the camel ride at the Maharaba Luxury Tents....Having ridden camels through the Erg Chebbie dunes for 6 days a few years ago, I can say the ride offered at the Tent Camp were not great....very bad saddles...not enough padding, and no instruction,....and up and down such steep dunes that it was very unpleasant. Plus one of the saddles kept sliding sideways. We were thankful for the electric blankets at the camp...that was heaven....and the food was very good.

It was stunning. The accomodation excellent. The transport very comfortable. The guide Driss, was a gentleman, kind, efficient, obliging, knowledgeable. The tour guide in Essaoura , Rachuda was a gem. The desert experience was, exciting, safe, clean.
The country is so welcoming, the landscape enchanting.
It was simply the best time imaginable

My Husband and I booked a 21 day trip through Morroco starting and ending in Casablanca , The entire booking worked perfectly from pickup on day one to dropoff on day 21. The choice of Riads was fantastic and Driss our driver was informative,punctual,helpful and a great driver. It was a great tour in a truly magnificant country and we are left with beautiful memories. We felt save and welcomed everywhere. Thank you to all involved in our booking especially Kit and Ruth and Dryss our driver.

We had a great holiday in Morocco. We really loved this country of great contrasts and friendly people. it was our first visit to Northern Africa.

Contrasting landscapes, contrasts between the traditional and the modern. The madness of Marrakesh, the spectacular high Atlas, the awe inspiring Sahara and the history and tradition of Fes - just fantastic.

Morocco Tours organised 4 days/three nights of our overall 11 day visit. We did a customised tour from Fes - the mid Atlas, the desert and the high Atlas.

The organisation was first class. Good, safe English speaking drivers in modern vehicles and first class accommodation.

This was one of the best trips that we have taken. We only spent eleven days during the holidays and wish we had spent more time .We went to Casablanca,Fez , Quarzazate, Marrakech, High Atlas Mountain, the desert. We had a private driver - tour guide ( Younes) who took excellent care of us , always accommodating and pleasant and making sure we had a stress free vacation. We saw some fascinating historic sites and some really breathtaking scenery. You will take tons of pictures. If you go on December pack lots of layers and thermals . It gets colder at night specially if you spend the night at the desert. A great learning experience in a country of huge contrasts. Special thanks to Kit, Ruth and Younes from Morocco Tours !

Morocco tours provided excellent itinerary and accommodations and an exceptional guide/driver which maximized my families first time visit. We had a really good trip to Morocco. The driver, Hassani, was always punctual and helpful, and more importantly, a great driver. Guides were prompt and for the most part, good.
It was certainly worth the longish drives to go into the Atlas mountains and the desert, this should not be missed.
The trip could have been 2 days shorter. We are not big shoppers and the initial excitement of the medinas and its shops waned, and became more tiring than fun. Guides also take you to (perhaps too many) shops with very high pressure salespeople.
Staying at a riad was interesting and although Riad Myra, for example, had delightful and very helpful staff, there are fewer conveniences than in a regular 4 or 5 star hotel. I asked for Riad Dar El Kebira, so have only myself (and a newspaper article) to blame. The room for my kids was so small, they could barely get out of bed on either side. The woman who runs it is a sourpuss. Both riads had too little lighting for aging eyes and very little clothes storage space.
In retrospect, I would have preferred a bed and breakfast plan. And, I think future guests need to be told that they should always ask for a menu when they are taken to a restaurant for lunch. We only “wised” up half way though the trip when we had one lunch too many in Fes with the standard Moroccan vegetable salad, a choice of tagines and fruit and had paid over 1000 D. This same meal usually cost us half. Our guides in Fes did not offer us any options of restaurants as I recall.
Our initial reaction to the Sofitel was quite negative as we waited for 45 minutes to check in, and were given 2 rooms right next to the loud speaker for the New Year’s celebrations. They did provide earplugs upon request and the actual celebrations were fun, and dinner good. Things picked up the next day and the food was really good, though the service is mixed.
Hassani told us that the Marrakech airport had just been opened (or expanded?) and was now a serious contender for air traffic.

5 star company and driver

I've been to Morocco a total of seven times (most of it in 70s) and I was thrilled to finally be able to show my 33-year-old son the country I love so much. The crew (Kit, Ruth and Jeff) put it all together for us.

Our driver Hamid Zerheri made it all happen in real time. Though he's from Fez, Hamid knows the entire country like the back of his hand. He's fluent in English, very engaging, patient with my son's social media obsession, kept us on track, gave us the history, and turned into my son's "big brother from another mother" as he guided my son how to conduct himself in this magical Muslim kingdom.

It was a perfect two weeks that took us from Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains in the north to the Imperial cities, through the Middle Atlas to the Sahara, to the Todra Gorge in the High Atlas to movie sets in Quarzazate, to the red city of Marrakech, and finally to Essaouira at the beach. This trip will impact my son for a lifetime, like it did for me so many years ago. I was able to visit so many places I'd been to long ago and see them with a new set of eyes. Everywhere we went, we saw people who looked just like us because Morocco is the home of our ancestors.

Update: While in Marrakech, while walking down the street with our driver Hamid, my son Jas met the woman who would become his future wife! It just doesn't get any better than that.

You MUST visit Morocco and let Morocco Tours plan your trip. We selected a "pre-packaged" 14 day private tour and made changes. We had many questions before booking. Kit and Ruth responded quickly and answered each question in detail. Kit and Ruth continued to answer our questions even after booking the trip. We received excellent pre-trip documents included in a beautiful packet with information on food, clothes, health matters, cultural issues, photography, etc.
Our vehicle was a Mercedes Benz van. Our driver, Ahmed, was an excellent match for us! He was an outstanding driver, polite, and funny...always making sure that we were happy and taking us "off the beaten path" when requested. We felt safe at all times.
Riads were beautifully unique with excellent service. Our only disappointment was with the Hotel Le Doge in Casablanca...front desk staff were professional but a few of them were not friendly.
Morocco's cultural sites and cities and villages and desert and mountains are spectacular. It is an amazing country.

Our trip to Morocco was just great. It was the perfect blend of things for four friends who have taken many trips together. We all thought our driver Ahmed was wonderful--he took such good and respectful care of all of us and gave us plenty of room to roam. I have already recommended Experience It! tours to Morocco to several people and have suggested they ask for Ahmed. He drove us all over Morocco safely, comfortably and with good humor. THANKS SO MUCH, Ahmed!! We loved our accommodations--being a small group of four we stayed in lovely riads and small hotels. All exceeded our expectations and we would recommend every one of the hotels to others. The food was fabulous and, there again, Ahmed steered us in just the right direction. We loved the camel ride to our tent and spent an exceptional night in the desert with the biggest, brightest moon since 1948! Really enjoyed each of the tour guides we met and loved the shopping and especially the cooking class. It was, without exception, the best cooking class arrangement we have experienced. Very fun and now we can make a yummy tagine.

We customized our tour and it was easy to arrange this with
Morocco tours. Our boutique hotel in Casablanca was wonderful, the accomodations and meals were great. The riads in Rabat, Fes and Marakkech were excellent. Their breakfasts and dinners were great.
The cooking class in Marakkech was an enjoyable experience.
The city guides were excellent in their English and knowledge.
Our driver was excellent - made us feel very safe.
The downside were the lunch and dinner places he chose to take us to, the menus were the same and the food was not very good. We would have liked more variety of foods than tajine or skewers.
All in all it was a memorable trip.

The riads were excellent, clean and accommodating with the exception of the Blue city riad which was below par.
The guides spoke good english and were knowledgeable and excellent.
The driver was an excellent driver especially since bridges collapsed and roads were flooded. THe lunch choices and dinner resturants could be better, they offered the same menus every day
and were not great. Riad breakfasts and dinners at the riads were very good.
All in all it was a good experience

Where shall I start? I travel a lot, mostly leasure and had great travels. Morocco tours set up one of the best, if not the best experience. I was pleasantly surprised by their flexibility to accommodate our requests; the ease in setting everything up, and good organization. Everything was on time and as discussed. The itinerary was just right: each site was set up with the right amount of time to savor the local flavour but not too much. The local quides were selected carefully. They are knowledgeable and personable. We also enjoyed a lot our driver: patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun. The accommodations were top notch. We loved each place a lot. This was a trip to remember.

Well organized personal tour with unforgettable experience

We were very impressed with the ability of Moroccan Tours to arrange our 12 day trip within a weeks notice. They were flexible, organized, and very communicative in the booking process and also when we were on the trip. The accommodation and service in Morocco was excellent, particularly at Le Madison Arabe in Marrakech. A highlight for us was the Sahara desert camp - not to be missed. Our driver, Kamal did an excellent job in ensuring that the trip went to plan and very smoothly.
