Sarah Sawar is a nightmare.
Unprofessional, incompetent, slow, unresponsive, easily manipulated by narcissists.
When a complaint was made, unsurprisingly the company defended her, themselves and dismissed my genuine issue.

Everything was handled very quickly and professionally and accurately.
Emails and paperwork were dealt with same day, and everything was explained.
I would recommend Morr & Co to anyone looking for a solicitor.

Well, I give up with Morr & Co. I wanted to find out if they could provide commercial law services for my company. I filled out the response mechanism on the website...no response. I identified which lawyer might be suitable (Greg Vincent) and EMailed...no response. I phoned Greg Vincent and left a voicemail...no response. This all over about 3 weeks.They must have a lot of clients, because they clearly are not interested in another one

We worked with Laura Hooke and her team who did the conveyancing for the sale of our dear brother's house. Everything was done quickly, smoothly and everyone was really friendly in their dealings with us. We were able to do all the signing of documents digitally, which really helped in our particular situation and made everything so much easier. Throughly recommend.

Very smooth house sale.

Had an awful experience!!! over 3 years to do a simple lease extension by which time the lease holder changed their minds, so it as never done. Had a number of solicitors due to staff turnover - all ineffectual. Complete waste of time. The only thing they are quick at is requesting and chasing payments to cover their exaggerated time spent doing very little. Would never use again, like 30% of others.

Sold my house through Morr & Co having previously purchased through the same solicitor. Nicole and team were great throughout staying in top of everything and pointed me in the right direction when my knowledge was lacking.

We can not highly recommend Morr & Co enough! So professional, organised and patient with probably our silly questions but they never made you feel stupid asking them anything!

Worst professional experience I've had in some decades. They handled our father's probate and over charged us by 30% on quote (without telling us in advance) and took 3 times as long as they quoted. All the way through the process they were rude, unhelpful, slow and unresponsive. Particularly Ola Szymaniec our closing solicitor, who was rude and dismissive at every interaction, making an already difficult time that little bit more upsetting. She would be better suited to a career that doesn't include any people interactions. Would never use this firm again.
