Amazing Customer Service
David and the team were great throughout the whole process.
They kept us informed of any and all progress made with our application and were fantastic and finding options that we could look at to fit in with our challenging circumstances.
I cannot thank them enough for their help and I will definitely go back to them when it's time to remortgage again.

Dave Hughes at the mortgage exchange is a very good person to deal with always picks up the phone nothing is ever a problem, David is also a good thinker about 2nd charge loans he has an excellent knowledge on how to navigate though the process, I have dealt with many brokers in the past, and David definitely has the edge on them, highly recommend Andrew

Excellent Service

There is probably not enough room in here to type exactly how amazing this company is. I had been with another financial advisor who gave up on me after a few set backs from lenders as my circumstances were a little challenging. I saw an add on Facebook and thought no because of the source, but after being dropped with no where to turn I thought what have I got left to lose. What a brilliant decision that was.
Everyone at the Mortgage Exchange I have dealt with were amazing, friendly, supportive, helpful and explained everything every step of the way. I am a person who likes to ask a lot of questions and gain complete understanding and they were just amazingly patient. I truly recommend you deal with them as they are just incredible people who provide an outstanding service. I can't thank or recommend them enough!

Fully recommended.
They handled a remortgage for us. Very pro active and fast and helpful. They sorted it all out in a couple of weeks while other people were still huffing and puffing and sending out brochures.
