I would like to sincerely thank Millie Harrison and David Hughes, Mortgage Exchange Managers, for their incredible support in helping me consolidate approximately £68,000 of debt through a second charge mortgage.
This had been a very stressful situation for me for a long time, and they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
Millie was extremely responsive and always quick to reply to emails and calls, while David kept me reassured and updated throughout the entire process.
He promised to do his very best to get everything sorted with Pepper Money, and he absolutely delivered.

I had an outstanding experience working with these guys. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me secure the best mortgage option. The first call i had was with Ross Haggerty, such a friendly person that you feel like you've know for years. He took the time to answer all my questions to find what was right for me. Then talked me thought each step of the process, to which i then was handed over to Millie Harrison, who again is truly friendly and brilliant at her job. They really made a stressful experience incredibly smooth. Their communication was excellent, their expertise was evident, and their customer service went above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent service
From my very first phone call with Kieron to being passed over to Ross to start the process, everything was so quick and efficient. I also dealt with Lauren, who was great at keeping me informed throughout. I only started the application just over a week ago and it’s already been completed. I’m so thankful for everyone’s help and understanding.
I’ve also spoken with Sean, who is currently arranging life insurance for my family, and he has been absolutely lovely. I honestly can’t thank everyone enough.
