It is with regret that I am writing this. With what started off a friendly and warm energy from this company, turned into a waste of time and waste of energy. Beware of this company, I have done everything that was asked of me from them, every single payslip, every single detail change, every single explanation, they said they can help and that they would get it done. Every month it became a new issue, "we need this months payslip", "we need this new agreement". They kept moving the goalposts every month and it turned out to be 3/4 months of time-wasting. David comes across as a nice guy and I believe he is but definitely only if he can help as he wants your business and to make money off you. I've been waiting for an email from them for a week now and still no response so effectively I have ended any business I wanted to have with them. Anyone reading this please think twice, there are better companies out there who are more transparent than this company...

The company have replied with a fraudulent response of "they have investigated and couldn't help due to unforseen circumstance." Very egregious, which again is a reflection of their poor customer service and false "good guy" act of we are here to help. Judging by the few people who have had similar experience seems this company aren't as genuine as they claim to be on the phone. Again avoid, largely better companies out there who will tell you how it is from the get go. If I could rate less than a one star... I would. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

I recently began the process of looking for a remortgage as my current deal is up next year. I would normally renew with my bank simply because I thought it would be easier. However, I stumbled across The Mortgage Exchange Ltd online and decided to give them a try.

I was promptly contacted, and my details and requirements were taken and transferred to Beline. After the consultation, I left it with them, not expecting them to come back with a competitive deal. But I was pleasantly surprised; they were able to provide me with a competitive deal and save me a considerable amount, allowing me to plan for the future.

Once agreed, the rest of the process was completed by Millie. I was regularly updated and guided through the process. I was shocked by the speed of service.

They are highly professional and provide excellent advice. I would highly recommend this company.

David and Millie at the Mortgage Exchange have been excellent. From my initial enquiry for a 2nd mortgage to completing the mortgage, they arranged my mortgage promptly with daily communication updates by phone and email to ensure the process was smooth and without stress and hassle. There were a few legal documents to review and sign as an understandable part of this process but I was guided through from start to finish. They even sent a member of staff to my house to collect some documents to speed up the process. Very highly recommended and it is without hesitation I will contact The Mortgage Exchange for future mortgage advice and assistance. Thankyou.

What a fantastic service from the Mortgage exchange, especially Ross and his colleagues. We remortgaged and also took out new life insurance. Ross is very knowledgeable on all the products on the market and made the stressful process very simple for us and gave us the best options available. I personally dealt with Millie and Beline, they were both fantastic, friendly, made us feel comfortable, and well informed, detail by detail, with each call or email calmly making sure we had all relevant information and the correct detailed paperwork, even helping us deal with the company who financed our 2nd mortgage, even when we had a piece of paperwork urgently required, a staff member came to my work office to collect it, perfect and above and beyond.

How easy David HUGHES made the whole application, it was effortless on my behalf which is how i feel you want it to be. 10/10 for service

I had the pleasure of liaising with Beline Cuthbertson and Lauren Morrison from 23rd July through to the 17th September. I had some minor issues in sending copies of documents electronically but both ladies were patient and understanding as well as always being helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending other potential lenders in dealing with your company in the future especially with the two ladies mentioned such a credit to you.

If there was a 0 option I would select it. Started it May and the mortgage advisor advised the wrong information delaying a consolidation remortgage a month and a half. They acknowledged this misadvice and agreed to waive their fee and advised if it effected the lender we would find another one. Was then dealing with a compliance officer(not a broker) who messed it up a second time causing the lender to retract my mortgage offer. How did they respond to this... They dropped me as a client like a hot potato and refuse to speak with me. Will most likely be an Ombudsman journey to recover the accrued interest...

Quick, easy and listened to where the bank were less easy! Excellent service!
