They were very up to date with everything and they chased up the solicitors for everything. I had an amazing experience. My purchase went smoothly.

Some of the agents who accompanied viewers were next to clueless did this result in lost sales? and arrived late others actually from the estate agents were fine. The photos were adequate but could have been better to help with a sale. Over all a sale happened in the end but only after a significant price drop which didn't fulfill the original marketing expectations. The agents were always helpful and friendly

I have to say the staff have been wonderful from arranging our viewings at the start of our house buying journey right through to completion. Communication from my solicitor was non existent and Mortimers filled that gap and liased with the seller's solicitor to keep us informed of everything that was happening!
