The five bottles arrived about two weeks after I ordered them. I haven‘t used them yet.

Morvyn has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took forever to get my 1st bottle...then got 2nd right after...I told them to stop the subscription and wanted to return both....they play stupid like they don't understand and keep sending stupid messages about looking into it! ...DO NOT BUY MORVYN! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE IAM!

do not fall for their marketing. they just took my money and have not been in touch with me.

This scam company doesn't respond to emails or requests to stop charging and like everyone else here said I also did not want the subscription in the first place.

I also am having difficulty cancelling my orders. I receive emails with an apology and a confirmation of cancellation however i still receive products. I have requested a return address numerous times to return the products, to no avail.

If I could give less than one star I would. They never made it clear I was signing up for a subscription, I just wanted to try the product. Months later after they’ve claimed they canceled my subscription, (which they make impossible on the website, I had to email customer service) I’m still getting charged and sent a product I don’t want and now do not trust. People who act like this can’t possibly be giving me good quality vitamins. I’m going to call my credit card and tell them to block this subscription”.

As with others' experiences, I was put on an automatic subscription after only ordering 1 bottle to try it out. I was out of the country and they ignored my request to delay shipment. I found these reviews on Trust Pilot, went back to the Morvyn site and just found a way to cancel my subscription under "Manage My Subscriptions." This may be a new link. I am waiting for confirmation it has been cancelled.

They have no 800 number to call. They did not make it clear this was a subscription. I had to call my credit card company to stop them from taking money. I never wanted a subscription. This company is horrible and I will probably end up having to cancel my Credit card completely. They only allow email messages and they are ignoring mine.

These people are absolute con artists. Avoid at all costs. They keep taking money from my account despite only ordering once & constant contacting to refund and remove me from their records.

Scam! Product sent from China and they bill you for subscription even if you have not signed up for it

I ordered the B12 liquid. As I see from these reviews, they did the same to me. Sent another shipment 2 weeks later and billed me when I had ordered a 3 months supply to trial. Then when I expressed dissatisfaction with their product within the 30 day window, they ignored me. So I’m billed twice for a product that did not fit my needs within a month. I contacted multiple times, no response. Then 1 month later they sent and billed yet another 3 months supply. They have refunded the last shipment but no communication to return preview over shipment. I wanted to go to the BBB but they are not listed as a business…. That’s a big red flag right? Buyer beware!!!

The same as everybody else I did a trial obviously I didn’t cancel in time and then before I could cancel it within the 30 day timeframe, they sent me three more bottles. They also have glycerin which I did not realize was their base and they use monk fruit, which I’m allergic to and I’ve reached out and their email is not working and they don’t even have a hyper Link on their website. I’d say don’t even bother buying it unless they can get their customer service together and be legit with their product and return policy. Also agree that you shouldn’t have to take three dropper fools to get a proper serving.

I ordered one . After a month another came . I went in the site and there was a 6 month subscription… not knowing how this happen….I don’t trust this product . I won’t use it.

Achtung, wenn man eine Fläschchen bestellt ist es automatisch ein Abo das einem jeden Monat wieder beliefert und automatisch Geld abzieht, Versteckt und nicht klar erkennbar, dass es ein Abo ist.

I ordered a product once but continue to recieve and am charged for the product each month. I had to reach out to my bank for block charges. I have left messages on the site "contact us" email with no response. There does not seem to be a phone number to contact them. Do not order from Morvyn. I see that several other customers have had to deal with this as well.

I was signed up for subscription without my consent and have received no response to my cancellation request.
I emailed them 4 times and they have not replied. This company is a scam.

I paid for this, but it didn’t arrive. I have sent 3 emails but no response. Would not recommend!!!!!

I can’t say whether I love the product but navigating the website and cancelling a subscription is a nightmare. Causes me to distrust them….

I ordered one bottle, received and charged for three. Cancelled the subscription, then another order of three bottles came with a debit from my credit card of $100. I have gone to cancel link, I have contacted customer service. My only recourse is to cancel my credit card. The product is cumbersome to boot. Why do three vials of drops when you can normally take one vitamin. Urgh!

Three glass bottles arrived in an unpadded envelope, smashed to bits, leaking red fluid and glass everywhere. Company has been nonresponsive to multiple requests for refund. It’s a scam.
