It has only been two weeks and my brain fog is nearly gone! I am also taking care of my two grandsons under age 4 while mom is having #3 and I’m keeping up! Thank goodness!

I am so disgusted with this company. I have had several email exchanges where it was established I was entitled to a refund and I have not received it and now I am being ignored. This is a copy of my most recent email. Do not buy from this company ever.

Thank you for your email.

I am formally rejecting the proposed 40% refund. This offer is not acceptable and does not align with the returns policy stated on your website at the time of purchase.

As previously communicated, the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which according to your published policy entitles me to a full refund. No subscription was knowingly agreed to at checkout, and I did not provide informed consent to recurring charges.

Your assertion that a partial refund is the “final resolution” is incorrect. Consumer rights cannot be overridden by internal policy decisions, particularly where your own website states otherwise. I am therefore requesting confirmation that you will process a full refund in accordance with your stated terms.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with the appropriate next steps, which may include escalation through my payment provider and submitting a formal complaint, as well as leaving an honest public review reflecting my experience.

Please confirm within 7 days that you will honour your policy and issue a full refund.

Never recvd product and yall won't give me a refund I have emailed everyday for someone new to lie to me

Purchased a one time order and they put me on subscription, refuse to cancel the $85 second order which I do not want. Reading through the reviews it seems this is most peoples experience. Scam.

A scam. I didn't receive any product and suddently had a subscription.

I am trying to contact my subscription, there is no where to cancel. I have been charged again

I wanted to try their product and was put on a monthly subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I have emailed the to no avail. Now I have to report them from my credit card company as fraud. Stay away from this company.

TOTAL SCAM - They send me monthly packages worth 80$ to my home and there is no way to stop the orders. My bank cannot track how they are charging my account. 5 months of this and I have reported them to BBB and the italian police since i am based in Italy. Even the product is fake- Vitamin B is not sweet like this and I feel no Vitamin B in this whatsoever!! LIE AND SCAM ! DO NOT ORDER AND REPORT THEM AS WELL ASAP to help others !

Unfortunately I bought one bottle to try it out and never subscribed or created a profile on their website. It turns out that I have a profile on their website with my full address that I can't delete, no payment option and the status of the subscription appears as "cancelled" but they keep charging and sending me their product since June. This constitutes unauthorized access, fraudulent billing, and a violation of consumer protection and data privacy laws.

A single purchase somehow turned into a subscription. I finally tracked down a customer service email and requested to cancel the subscription. Was told it was cancelled and there would be no further charges. A month later, I was charged again. I sought a refund and was told I would get no refund and that I could update my account settings to cancel. I am reporting the charge as fraud to my credit card company and have the email receipts to prove it.

I also order one time one bottle they send me 10 and then they charged me on a monthly base i understand that After a Little while checking my cards and i complied ,send the things back but the Address was fake !!!i am sitting with 10 bottles paid over 250.- euros and luckely i blooked my cards and they stopped Sendung more . very very bad all in all

I also wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the drops, which were ineffectual, no sudden burst of energy or health to report.
My biggest gripe is the total lack of customer service.
I also apparently subscribed, and out of the blue, with no prior email, received an email saying thank you for your payment, your next order is on the way.
I immediately replied I didn't want it, please cancel the order. I was told as it was a perishable item - there would be no refund.
I replied saying it probably has not even come off the shelf yet, let alone had the shrink wrap unsealed - why couldn't I have a refund! Got the same reply back from a differnt person or AI or who knows,
Sixteen (16) whole days later I received my order.
In my opinion - plenty of time to cancel the order!!
The fact that there was no prior email warning me that my next order was imminent - giving me the option to postpone or cancel is terrible customer service in itself, without the rest.
Trying to find where to unsubsricbe and remove my payment details was another battle!

Be warned - stay away from this dodgy company

Totally unethical company, who ignore request to unsubscribe, have no customer service contact number, no cancel subscription option on the website. Ignore emails. They Break all UK consumer rights legislation

Reporting for fraud!! I have asked multiple times to stop my subscription they bull shit you and steal you money!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I cancelled my subscription via the ‘link’ and have proof it was cancelled- yet they are STILL taking my money! I’ve reported my card as stolen, and will be ringing the bank to report them for fraud!

Both my son and dad have noticed a difference. I will be ordering again as my dad would like some more for Christmas!

I subscribe for the vitamins drops - which is basically sugar syrup. i cancelled the subscription on Oct 1 2025 via email to customer service - they tried to have me pause instead of cancelling. i insisted on cancelling.
on nov 7 i get a notification of shipment ready to be sent. i contacted them about my cancellation of the subscription -customer service insist that the shipment was process ed before i cancelled the subscription and refused to refund. and insist on mailing the product. They dont refund for product return only give store credit - they are frauds. please be careful ordering from them. i am contesting with my bank. What a hassle !!

These vitamin drops are amazing. I genuinely feel an incredible difference. I’m sleeping better than I ever have and have been experiencing less heart palpitations.
I was sceptical at first about spending money from overseas products that work out expensive for me in Australian dollars but they’re worth it and I’m ordering again.

I started another product at the same time as yours so it's hard for me to say which of the two is working the best but I don't think it really matters because I am feeling great and sleeping like I haven't in a very long time. Your product tastes great and that is hard to do with Vitamin B so Thank you

How or who can I call to unsubscribe to something I never signed up for? I can’t even get their website up. Is this something my bank has to figure out?
