I cannot not get them to stop charging my bank account. Initially, I thought I was buying 1 product but turns out I was joined up to a subscription. Good luck unsubscribing!!!! November 2025 I thought I had finally done it and this month, May 2026 they have started me up again. I’ve just had to cancel my bank card. Hopefully that works. Don’t trust your details with this company!!!!

The only way to stop this company from taking your money is to report them to your bank as fraud and have your card cancelled. That way they cannot 'cancel' your subscription and again reinstate it unauthorised a few months later.
They are a total disgrace. Everyone should report them.

Scam

They Dont end memberships. They charge you even though you canceled everything and stopped being member. Doesnt answer when you are träning to contac them.

Do not order from them

They are scammers and continue to charge your credit card and don't allow you to cancel. THey automatically subscribe you.

SCAMMERS Shocking. I was never sent my vitamins and after three months I requested a refund many times and was ignored. Now almost a year later they have attempted to steal £26.99 from my bank account four times so that I have now had to cancel the card I used to pay (for nothing!) AVOID if they are this bad imagine what ingredients they use (also the warehouse is in Wuhang China not USA as they advertise)

I ordered 1 bottle of vitamin drops. Somehow that turned into a subscription that i didn't want. I received a second bottle unexpectedly. It turned up smashed. I tried to get a full refund and stop the subscription but they insisted on sending another bottle i didnt want, and i only got a partial refund. I went round and round in circles on the website and even when signed into my profile I could not find how to cancel "my subscription." I asked customer service to cancel my subscription for me in December. They wrote back and said it was cancelled and there would be no further charges. Hurrah i thought. Till April when they e mailed to say another bottle would soon be on its way. I immediately contacted them to cancel prior to despatch. They fobbed me off and wasted time and then 3 days later said too late it was on its way. Luckiky i still had the e mail from them saying there would be no further charges. After more than 6 e-mails they finally refunded me.
Customer service is hideous. They had to send me an e mail link so i could sign into my hidden profile and cancel the subscription that they said they had cancelled which then reactivated.
I had to ring my bank to block further requests for payments from them. I dont trust them at all.

I received horribly overpriced sugar drops. Then They keep trying to resend. I canceled (it too me like 5 hours.) And today they are still billing. I finally canceled my shop app. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS.

I ordered this product once. I did not sign up for a subscription but was sent another bottle . It seemed a subscription was set up. I cancelled that and Morvyn assured me it was cancelled. I had to pay for Second bottle which I did not order. Now they have sent me another one and I have checked and the subscription was active. I have cancelled it again. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They subscribe you without your consent. You contact to say STOP subscription. They reinstate the next month. You try to cancel
Again, then they reinstate it even 4 months later - they don’t stop the order (that you haven’t placed). They basically steel your money.

If there is anyone in the US that can report them please do. They are conning people.

All reviews on their website are fake. These are the correct honest ones.

Very dangerous company. First purchase was made using credit card. They charged my card again a month later for same product which I did not order. Managed to cancel the automatic subscription and had to contact my CC company to block them. Now 6 months later I received an email saying my product is on the way and that my current account card has been debited!!! How did they get hold of my debit card details??? The SHOP app that I use to make online purchases provided them with it, at a price my bank informed me. So I had to cancel my debit card and delete all the online purchasing apps (PayPal, Shopify etc)to stop them from doing it again.
This company are fraudsters!!!

Do not buy anything from them - they will keep sending you products and charging you for the rest of time.
You cannot stop them - they make a pause of a few months and do it again and again.
They will apologize and continue doing it.

Everything. Prompt but robotic customer service. AI generated perhaps? Tried to cancel multiple times because I discovered excessive B6 can aggravate or actually create peripheral neuropathy in some . This happened to me. They refused to cancel and after six weeks the order arrived followed by a second that I did not order. That is when I discovered the product was imported and had to clear customs . They advertised satisfaction guaranteed but would not accept return for refund of completely sealed and unopened product. Their research department should put out a disclaimer (as in do research and testing)about possible adverse effects of too much B6. My blood work revealed this and read other reviews expressing the same thing. Would not recommend them. Be careful. I am out over 100.00.

I ordered once and kept receiving the product and being charged. I contacted customer service asking them to stop sending products and cancel any more orders. The customer service person said they cancelled any future orders,
but today I received another order I didn't ask for, which means I got charged again! ( I do like the product, but I now have 5 unopened bottles of vitamin B.)

I haven't received my order yet. The shipping is a joke.

I would have given them a zero if possible. This place is a scam. We never received the product and the company charged us over $200. Do not order from this company!!!!

It is my husband who is on these B vitamin drops. He has been battling cancer and struggling with low energy from the chemo and immunotherapy he was on. He says that he is definitely feeling a difference this week. He has not completed an entire bottle yet but we are hopeful that this is the answer to his ongoing fatigue.

Absolute fraudsters! They set you up in subscriptions automatically and take chunks of money for items not ordered and not wanted. 2x lots of £41.99 were taken out of my account within 2 days. I contacted them but they are useless and even though I was willing to return these items at my expense for a refund they will not accept returns

Ordered a product , signed up for subscription without consent , cancelled subscription, company have just taken another payment despite me cancelling subscription. I have instructed bank to block company from taking future payments. Beware , this is a scam
