From first order to aftercare there is detailed support on the use of the products, tips on how to maximise the value of the products in conjunction with good practice. Support to tackle stubborn moth problems is genuine and appreciated. From moth identification to recommendations for resolving infestation I can only highly recommend the Moth Out business. Excellent. I have used the MothOut traps for several years and have always found they work very effectively in comparison with others that I previously used. The company provide a lot of very useful information about how to get rid of moths. Delivery is always fast and the customer service is fast and helpful.

We have a real moth problem where we live. I tried a slightly cheaper box of moth traps from another brand and they didn't catch a single moth. As soon as I reverted to MothOut traps they caught loads of them. And continue to do so. I'm hoping that eventually I will disrupt the breeding cycle and get rid of them. The only reason I dropped a star is because they are expensive every three months. But the customer service is excellent.

As we recently had an investation of carpet moths which were successfully treated, I wanted to closely monitor all our carpetted rooms. The Mothout pack has been very useful in monitoring and catching moths and Tom at Mothout has been so helpful when I emailed and sent mothh photos for advice. I highly recommend this company and their products!

I cannot praise this company,its staff and it's products highly enough.I never had a moth problem for 40 years in my house.Then 4 years ago we had an infestation and it was horrendous.Moths were flying madly around each room after dusk .We tried so many different products bought online.Moth killer sprays, moth killer wardrobe hangers,moth traps,moth killer sachets to put into drawers but nothing was very effective.We got rid of several wool carpets and hoovered and sprayed each room regularly.I spent £100's but there was little improvement.Over the 4 years it got to the point last year when I was seriously thinking of selling my house.At the beginning of this year 2026 I discovered the amazing Mothout products and the most helpful company that I have ever come across. Tom in particular has been an incredible support,emailing me with all the most informative and detailed advice to help me understand the way a moth infestation takes hold and the steps you must take to get rid of them.He answered all of my queries and never made me feel that my worries were over the top like other people had.Products are sent by the next day and they are excellent.The traps come with 2 lavender bags and loads of information about the moths that are targeted.A really helpful addition are the green luminous squares which attract the moths to the trap in the dark. The spray bottle works very well compared to other makes and is easy to use and treat large areas,with very little odour.The moth traps are amazing! They seem to trap every moth that appears in an evening.It is September now and I have noticed that the reduction in moths seen in the rooms and caught on the traps is a great improvement.Some evenings none,others a couple.I am hoping that by the end of Autumn my house will be rid of moths.All through these last 5 months I have always felt reassured that Tom really wanted me to be moth free and he has spent many, many hours emailing me advice in an effort to achieve this outcome.I feel I have almost got my house back and it will all be thanks to him...his spray mothkiller,his traps and his incredible knowledge about moths and how to eliminate them from your home.

This is the best pheromone trap I have used to date. Easy to set up unlike some others and certainly attracts male moths. It helps to know which rooms are infected.
Lots of advice and information easily accessible on the website plus helpful email exchange for advice. I recomend this product and the great service.

These moth catching strips really work and go on catching moths for the 3 months, unlike so many other strips I have tried that stop working after about a week!

Very effective moth traps. We caught 221 moths in one week. Our previous icky sticky traps from another supplier caught none, leading us to falsely believe that we no longer had a moth issue.
