I am disappointed on a higher level - one star is one too many 👎
Ordered parts, made the payment and absolutely nothing happened.
Tried to get in touch via mail, no response.
Calling several times and when I finally came through, they accused for being too busy and me promised me to send me my parts the same day.
This happened three times. Nothing happened.
I finally came through by phone and they agreed to cancel the order and give me a full refund. They then transferred some of the payment, but not the whole amount - they have now charged me a 'Cancellation Fee' with no legal justification.
Phone calls, cancellation fees and I'm now 35 euro short and this case has now been handed over to my bank and lawyers. I have been in contact with the Dutch authorities and police and it seems to be a known issue. Looking forward to end this situation the right way.
Please don't waste your best thoughts, live and energy on this company (companies --- they operate several scam businesses) - it's a scam and they are just pure dishonest with absolutely no integrity in life. Such a shame.

Per Überweisung bezahlt
Per Überweisung bezahlt, da kein PayPal angeboten wurde.
Warte dringend auf das Paket, es ist jetzt längst überfällig, aber ich bekomme keine Antwort zur Lieferung.
Es machte einen seriösen Eindruck, den ich nicht bestätigen kann.
Ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück, oder die bestellte Ware, ohne einen Anwalt einzuschalten.

No product and no communication
Company behind oem motorcycle parts and supposed to be handling questions about orders (claiming they reply within 24 hours). Have ordered something on the 28th of april and the only thing I received was a confirmation of the order. Haven't received any updates and no replies on my e-mails and/or phone calls.
