Avoid this company — terrible experience
I ordered a Suzuki King Quad 300 starter motor from Motorbike Parts Australia on 3 August 2026 and paid $128.30 for the part, plus another $14.95 for StarTrack Premium Next Day Delivery.
They took the full payment, but the starter motor was never actually sent.
They provided an Australia Post/StarTrack tracking number, but the tracking has remained at “Label created by sender” with no indication that the parcel was ever lodged with Australia Post.
Trying to contact them has been an absolute nightmare. They wouldn't answer the phone, and when I contacted them through messages and email, responses were delayed and I was repeatedly given the runaround rather than a straightforward answer about where my paid-for item was.
I paid extra for next-day delivery and, weeks later, I still don't have the part — and apparently it was never even handed over to the courier.
In my experience, this has been an extremely poor way to treat a paying customer. Taking someone's money, charging extra for premium delivery, failing to send the order and then being extremely difficult to contact is simply unacceptable.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Motorbike Parts Australia. I certainly won't be using them again.

If i could give zero stars I would. Sent the wrong product and won't return calls or emails regarding a return. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from these guys

Damn I should've read the reviews first. Doesn't look like new management has sorted out the problems. Order placed 2 weeks ago. No answer to email request for updates, got through on phone once and was told customs returned order due to paperwork issues. Was told it would be sent immediately thats 7 days ago. Will have to cancel order recover money. Then order from reputable company.

Had a very bad experience with this vendor. I ordered on Easter Monday on the basis their website confirmed the part would arrive within 2-3 business days so, delivery Friday was a fair expectation. I had to send an email and then call to find out what was happening. No reason was given other than they had an email issue. A tracking number appeared but Aus Post was still waiting to recieve the item. No change to this for 2 days. Sent an email asking to cancel and still no response, I then cancelled the transaction via the bank and then rang to let them know. He wasn't happy and when I mentioned I would left a poor review he said "I don't give a f*#k" which seems reflective of his attitude to customer service. Strongly suggest purchasing elsewhere.

Scam site took money and heard nothing after first email. Avoid at all costs

Failed to respond to emails and phone, but I did get a text reply to say "orders have left". Still no sign, no tracking details.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Ordered the parts and nothing showed up. Tracking number was fake. Spoke to the sales rep again and said they would resend but nothing again. The business location address on the website is also fake!!

Got an order confirmation email. No dispatch email. Waited a week and radio silence. Tried calling the number and only after multiple times someone picked up and said they would give an update. Hung up and silence again for two days. Called over ten times at different times throughout business hours. Messaged me and said will have an update that afternoon. Surprise! radio silence again. Now saying the part was ‘sent back because it was damaged’ by auspost and will refund. Asked for a refund confirmation email. Ignored. Not holding my breath at actually getting a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order, got a confirmation and then radio silence, I have tried to contact them by email, phone and their facebook. the owners also seem to own Parts Factory "The Future of Car Parts"
this has the same phone number, so I suspect is also a scam
