Bike wasn’t what it seemed to be.
Sales team were good and helpful but the bike was not what it seemed from the video. Bolts were missing, baffles pulled out of exhaust and suspension faulty. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

We’re disappointed to read this review, as no issues have been raised with us since you received the bike. If there is a genuine problem, the correct process is to contact our workshop so we can inspect it and see if it can be repaired under your warranty.
It’s worth noting that when we delivered the bike, you snapped the key off in the ignition barrel due to mishandling on your end. We had this repaired and the bike redelivered at no extra charge to you — even though the damage was not our responsibility.
We’re pleased you found the sales team helpful, but if you want us to resolve any concerns about the bike, we need you to get in touch with the workshop so we can assist.

The way to go
I had been looking for a motorcycle for a while and had tried a few companies. I found Motorbikes 4 all online and eventhough they are over 80 miles from me, I went to see. Their bikes are in fantastic condition and the atmosphere in the shop is superb. Makes you feel welcome. All the sale agents are very nice and helpful. Robbo helped me and nothing was to much trouble. I found, withh his help, exactly what I wanted. They delivered the bike to me and everything was spot on. I wanted for nothing. The bike was very clean and well checked over. I would highly recommend Motorbikes 4 all to anyone and everyone.

A superb friendly professional service
From the very first phone call Robbo was absolutely brilliant, no pressure sales carry on. Took his time to go through several bikes he had and was very patient with my questions regarding the bike I needed due to my disability. After choosing the right bike he offered me extended warranty at a superb discounted price. Overall Robbo and the team provides an excellent professional and friendly service and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Two weeks ago I bought a used Honda…
Two weeks ago I bought a used Honda NC750X. The person I spoke to about buying the Honda was Scott. He was very nice and polite. He answered all my questions. I called several times and it was never a problem to talk to Scott. If he was busy he called me back as soon as possible. I am very happy with the purchase of the Honda NC750X.

BMW R1200GS (TE).
Just purchased a bike off these guys, was an online purchase as I don’t live local.
I dealt with Doug initially and received a very good service, a very honest review of the condition of the bike and how it would be prepared before delivery to me.
On the day of delivery I was kept up to date regarding delivery times via Scott and it was delivered by a great guy called Dawid,
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company.

Good service
Recently bought a Triumph Tiger 1050 sport. Bike in very good condition. Quoted 3 weeks to prepare but delivered very efficiently in 2. Visited the showroom and Doug was helpful and knowledgeable. All round, very good service and %10 off a new helmet for my wife.

I purchased a Enfield Intercepter this time last year, with a years manufacturers warranty left, had an mot today which failed on the rear brake quite a big thing, went over to Malvern the guy told me they don't stock Enfields now so can't do the work, so my question whats the point in a warranty when the dealership can drop them. I've had at least 4 or 5 bikes from them. Maybe it's time for a change.
I’ve just read your reply, but your still advertising Brand new Enfields what about their warranty.

Just to clarify for anyone reading this: the warranty on your Royal Enfield Interceptor is provided by the manufacturer, not by us as a dealership. While we did previously stock and support Royal Enfield bikes, we’re no longer an official dealer, so unfortunately we're unable to carry out manufacturer warranty work. That said, we did try to assist as best we could on the day, and we're still happy to help point you in the right direction for getting the issue resolved.
We value you as a customer and would love the opportunity to continue looking after your biking needs in the future. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Exchanged from FJ1200 To Honda NTV700.
Bought a FJ1200 off of them back in April, but after collecting it on the Wednesday 21st may it had some faults, the speedo does not work and it had some marks on one side which were not there when trying in the showroom. anyway decided to get a smaller Honda NTV700 instead, the deal for such a quick change was excellent, Apart from a bit more on finance, but should be better for me. i should have not bought the FJ1200 in the first place as I had so many in the last 20 years or so. The dealer in Gloucester I know would have given me peanuts. A credit goes to Ben the manager for an super value exchange.

Sent an enquiry via auto trader and Doug rang me next morning and quickly got back to me with a good part ex price against a very very clean gsxr 1000 put a deposit down and a couple of days later drove down the two hours to view it and it was as good on the flesh as the pics workshop was busy and was told could be a couple of weeks before delivery but was delivered in just over a week got a good deal and the discount on a new lid was the icing on the cake glad I took the time to travel down very pleased with my gsxr 1000 thanks Doug Gary that delivered my bike and the rest of the team
