One of the best experiences I have had with the motor trade, not only did they offer me a great price for my PX, which they honoured after viewing it, they had reduced the price of the car I was buying, so a win win for me, no rushed hard sell, just drinks, and time to consider, a special thanks to Ash, who was an absolute gem, Motorpoint are lucky to have him, after over a week of ownership of my new car, I’m completely happy with it, bought Tuesday, new logbook came Friday, road tax refund Tuesday the next week.
From my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Motorpoint Coventry.
Update - fancied a change and found a one year old Suzuki Swift auto at Newport branch, again got an excellent PX offer for my previous car from them, which they honoured, and bought the new car from them for a very keen price, 8 months, 6 thousand miles later, and they offered me £700 less than what I bought it from them, an amazing deal.

Turned up, car had rust patches and a punctured tyre and was supposed to be ready to collect. Have spent a month chasing my deposit return.

Christopher in the Derby Office and Ash at the Coventry site were instrumental in our decision to buy, you can’t put a price on decent honest staff with friendly personalities, great we could do so much on line but human contact at the end if the process really made it for us

Traveled over 270 miles, had seen video of car that looked good, was offered a great price on my PX, got to branch quite honestly expecting it all to go wrong, but no, everyone we met were helpful and obliging, drink on arrival, introduced to Ash, who made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and is a absolute asset to Motorpoint Coventry, quite frankly can’t think how they could have made the experience any better, I change my car often, and generally have a low opinion of car dealerships, but this was a pleasure from start to finish.

Experience at Motorpoint was great. They not only have great cars in amazing condition but when you walk in it’s very relaxed staff let you wonder and look at the cars in your own time. I went to the Coventry branch and dealt with Mathew he knew what he was talking about and assisted us through every step. Would defo recommend and come here again to get cars in the future to :)

Avoid …Shocking .. Sold my car to Coventry branch, after 20 days they hadn’t settled the finance, several phone calls, difficult to get hold of, asked for reference number and bank details they had sent money to and still no evidence from them that they have paid.

Amazing service from motorpoint! First time buyer here! Hawdung and the team went above and beyond when I bought my new car! They replied quickly to emails, phoned me to help me reserve. Visited coventry the next day, able to test drive, they are not pushy, able to answer any questions. Deposit paid. Picked up week later but could have taken same day. Quick easy to sort online paperwork, no hassle!
Part exchanged my car, they voluntary gave me extra £200, even without seeing my car.

Collected our new car, and was very pleased with the service. The hangover was very smooth, the salesman handling the paperwork was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and come back in a couple of years.

AWFUL! they took my car and gave me a faulty car and repeatedly failed to fix it. After 2 months i tried to reject at which point they ghosted me. Head office did the same. Bullies! They are also not registered with Motor ombudsman so if you find yourself in same trouble you have no legal recourse. I now have no car while still paying for it while they ignore me.

Reponse- Resolution i am happy with is not quite the term! You did as little as possible and caused me ALOT of trouble. Had no car for weeks because of you. I still recommend nit going motorpoint. Customer service is easy when all goes well. When it goes wrong is the true test. You failed! Bullied me, resolved the issue as slowly and with as little accountabilty as possible. Made my life hell for 2 months. Luckily i went to a reputable dealership and am now in dream car. Did not make car buying easy, did not provide good care after i bought car! Disgraceful. Also to this day after 3 formal complaints i have never received a call, an apology or acknowledgement from Motorpoint about what happened which indicates they don’t really care about customers at all.
