Apologies for delay in replying.
On my own and 82 years old, buying a car is a challenging experience but from walking through the door to the after sale service, I have to say the customer care was exceptional in a customer friendly environment.
All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and courteous. I had visited another dealer in the area and the difference in service was like chalk and cheese. There were a few issues but they were quickly sorted and I would like to mention the help of Chloe, in particular. Thank you.

I have just bought a Skoda Fabia from Bailey and Maia did the handover on Saturday. What can i say... Well, i work in the motor trade myself so i feel i am an expert on the way things are in these types of business. The best way i can describe my Motorpoint experience is "first Class" The sale was really easy to complete and no pressure at all, No managers needed to be called, Superb!!. The car is really brilliant and i love it already. My partner loves the car as well so it's win win for me. Motorpoint Derby was recommended to me by a friend who buys his cars from this store. The sales room was nice and tidy and all the staff who passed by me spoke (i was in work uniform as well) I had a lovely coffee and used the facilities 110% impressed with how clean everything was. I reserved a car to be transferred to Sheffield store upon viewing the bonnet of the car was full of stone chips and pink splashes of pink paint and the car was black so yes stood out really bad.
Sheffield store said its second hand and yes I get that but it was only 2 years old.
They said they would sort it out so I said ok.
Upon going back a week later to see the car nothing had been done what so ever.
Plus on viewing again they was 2 small dints on the boot.
So I said I didn't want it I just want my £199 back.
But they said no it go on another car but there is nothing I want.
So I have lost out on my money for a car full of stones chips and 2 dints in the boot.
So if you wanting a car dont buy a black Renault clio 24 plate .

Corey and Dave were excellent at both sales and collection of our vehicle.

Knowledgeable staff not pushy.
Allowed to browse at our speed and then when we selected several cars we were given the keys to look around.
Service was really good 10/10

Salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. Staff were very helpful and professional. The only thing that let them down was the standard of valet, on collection day.

A good experience overall with a couple of issues. First of all the milage advertised was 600 miles more than advertised. Secondly my trade in was on a private plate. I was told that the £250 required ,pending me handing over my trade in with it,s original V5 , would be refunded. This was not the case.I returned and queried the £50 refund . I was shown the figures which were correct but did not match up with what I was told originally. Thirdly the vehicle prep was not up to the standard I would expect.All that said I am happy with the overall experience and will use motorpoint again.

Maidstone branch were amazing - Izzy was extremely helpful.
Online branch(?Derby) Mr Tamber - shocking customer experience - why it takes over 2 weeks to produce a sales invoice is utterly outrageous. Unhelpful, disinterested, dismissive and zero customer skills! Was glad when he went on leave and Lewis Powell took over - we finally got the van we had been trying to purchase for 2 weeks! Thanks Lewis!

No pressure to purchase , you decide and then the process just runs smoothly

Cannot fault anything the staff did. Would not have any hesitation in recommending them.

Very helpful thou out the buying process,at both oldbury store where I started the buying process and derby store where I bought my Nissan .after service has been excellent as well

The sale went through smoothly. Didn’t feel under pressure to purchased. Felt a very good atmosphere.

Lovely service and not too pushy, super friendly.

Brilliant service. Wasn’t rushed. Explained everything. Had phone calls and texts and emails to guide me through the process. Felt it was a personal service catered to me as I have changed to a hybrid car. I was reassured and nothing was too much trouble for Jake my sales lead.

After an initial lack of communication,the experience was improved and the staff at derby were both helpful and professional in their approach to this transaction
