Visited Both Birmingham and Derby sites car was purchased from Birmingham salesman very helpful not rushed into purchasing
Cause I lived in Burton they transported the car to Derby
When collected was assisted by saleman who showed me round vehicle
Showed me where everything was on the vehicle
Went through paper work with ease
Even the Manager introduced himself to me whilst doing the paper work
Great experience at both branches
Would recommend buying from motorpoint .
Both sites couldn't fault the salesman

I purchased a car from Motorpoint in April.
I have had ongoing issues with the car which Motorpoint resolved the minor problems.
However, there has been a problem that has still not been sorted even though I am still under warranty.
The customer service has been extremely slow to respond and now a major problem with the gearbox has been identified I have had no response from Motorpoint in how to resolve this.
I am extremely disappointed and upset with my whole experience of buying a car from Motorpoint and am very frustrated with having been sold a car with a major fault and now being ignored by the company.

The variety of vehicles was a definite plus point, easy finance application process with instant decision. There was a hick up as both front tyres needed to be replaced. This was done very quickly and without any fuss. I would recommend Motor Point to friends and family. A friend of mine has also purchased a vehicle from the same dealership on my recommendation.

What a absolute scam the warranty insurance is - AVOID, they will not agree a claim and then refer to the service history of the car to avoid the claim - at no point did the Motorpoint sales person point out the relevant terms and conditons of the warranty

update - the number they have given me in the reply is not even recognised !!

Great service from beginning to end. Very helpful and no hard sell which we really appreciated. Bailey was particularly good with advice . We asked for the Williams polish on arrival and was very impressed to have it done straight away with just an hour to wait. Very pleased with the new car and definitely would do the trade in again with our old car. Thank you very much to all the staff that we had dealings with.

We visited the derby branch and was looked after by Dom. Top bloke he Answered my questions and my emails.
All the paperwork was done by kyle she explained everything (perfect).
It's a Very relaxing place, no pressure off anyone.

The whole customer support team, Amalia, Debbie, Joe were exceptional.

After being bombarded with text and emails to collect the car we went to collect it and it wasn’t ready. With promises of phone calls from the company nothing happened. The staff in Derby were not helpful at all in the end I cancelled my car. BEWARE YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER YOU ARE A NUMBER
