Everything was a good experience. The car was ready, no pressure to buy extras etc. My only gripe was after being told it had a full service history, when I checked, it had a basic service every 2 years. But the annual milage previously was around 3000 miles, so I let it pass

.....words can not describe how inconsiderate, curt and abrupt the staff are. I can not speak for any other branches other than the Manchester branch, which if you are selling a car, then simply don't bother. I was treated as though I was asking for a favour. I was messed around with times/quotes and spoken to like there were no other car companies out there. Fortunately for customers there are and I have managed to sell my car to a reputable company to them at a higher price than was offered to me by this company. I will be submitting a separate 5 star review to this company.

My son and myself were looking for a car. We went to Manchester motorpoint. We were meet by Kaylum who was very professional ,friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with us and took time to answer any questions we had and the budget we were looking for. He found us the cars we wanted and I never felt any pressure into making a decision.Even at the handover of the cars the whole team was very friendly and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend here for any one looking for a car.

Dealt with 2 members of staff and both were excellent in their knowledge and helped with all the details of buying and partexing of our 2 vehicles.

From the moment we stepped into Motorpoint Manchester I felt welcomed and at ease.
Kaylum helped us with absolutely everything. Id never had PCP before, he explained simply and easily, and every step asked if I was ok with it and if I had any questions. We gave him a budget and an idea of what I wanted. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with what he came back with.
Some suggestions that fit, and some "out of the box" ones too so I could compare.
Finally choosing a car, picking it up. The whole process, even the after sales has been attentive and easy. I will DEFINITELY recommend the team, Kaylum and the store to anyone who needs a new car. Thank you.

Bought a car from Motorpoint Manchester and Dina could not have been more professional or helpful. I also part exchanged a car and got a very good price for the car I exchanged.
We were seen on time all paperwork completed and the car was in excellent condition Dina checked and test drove our old car and completed all the paperwork needed.

We've bought 3 cars from the Manchester branch over the last 5 years. Their prices are always the best and the cars have been top class. The customer service is second to none. Ryan is a very good manager at that branch and when we want to trade in our car again for a newer model we'll be going back to motorport!
