We were able to look around the cars without being bothered by sales people. When we decided we wanted to look at a car James was very helpful and I could immediately take it for a test drive.

Excellent vehicles, excellent prices, excellent service, excellent staff. No pressure at all. A great way to buy a car.

Buying a new car was done in a very pleasant and effective manner.

George was excellent throughout our buying process. Good communication and helpful in settling odour eventual choice. The only downside was that we made two requests on pricing. His boss said no to both. But then they asked us to pay before the end of the month to boost their figures. So no give and take, just.........

The original lady we saw was great, super helpful and patient. Unfortunately she was not working the day we picked up the car.
Felt a little pressured to buy the car quickly so that it showed on that months sales figures.
When collecting the car we were not shown any of the features but instead told to look at U-Tube etc.
Also when going into an MG dealer I was told that every new MG comes with AA as long at it is dealer serviced. The car we purchased has not yet had its first service, we were not given any paperwork for the AA.

The whole experience of buying our next car was a pleasurable one. When we arrived at Motorpoint we were greeted by Helena Philippou who put my mind at ease. I explained that I wanted to buy a MG and she showed me different versions of and finally settled on a MG ZS Hybrid. She found the car I liked and she arranged for the vehicle to be delivered from Birmingham. When we collected the vehicle we were treated with upmost respect and what could have been a stressful situation was anything but. I would like to thank Helena and the Sheffield staff for treating us so well.

Happy with my part exchange valuation and the overall service offered by Motorpoint. That is why this is the third time we have bought from Motorpoint.

Not 5 stars because links in automated emails did not work, and a lot of the paperwork requested (e.g. identity confirmation) was not needed. This needs to be updated.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth. We were left to browse and when I did choose a car, a test drive was arranged without delay. Helena was really knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She ran through the different finance options and found the best deal. I was given a good price for my part exchange - higher than I was expecting. I didn’t feel at all rushed or pressurised at any point. I absolutely love my new car and would definitely buy from Motorpoint again.

Visited Motorpoint having seen a car we want listed on the website page. Talked to one of the sales staff and he gave us the keys to have a look at the vehicle. After a quick look around the car , we arranged a test drive. Returned to the site and confirmed we were happy with the new car. We completed the sale, arranged my insurance/tax and the trade in of my own vehicle. On our way home within a few hours in our new car , happy days!
