A great firm to deal with,and as for the staff,well absolutely first class throughout the process,I would highly recommend using Motorpoint, the branch in Stockton is first class.

Charlie Newton was really good he helped me with my car nothing was a problem to him always had a smile on his face and made sure me the customer was satisfied before I left. Infact the employees that I did meet where lovely and made me feel comfortable thanks Debbie Ward.

We hadn’t bought a car in eight years, so taking this step felt a little daunting but our experience at Stockton Motorpoint made it completely stress-free. Raees was fantastic from the start: friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while we decided which car was right for us. He carefully talked us through every feature of the car and explained our finance options in a way that never felt pushy. Instead, he empowered us to make a fully informed choice.

We purchased the car on a Monday, and it was ready for collection by Saturday, such a quick turnaround, which was a huge help as we were relying on family and public transport during the week. Raees made the whole process so much easier. When we went to pick up the car, he was there again as a friendly, reassuring presence before handing us over to Brandon, who was equally attentive, personable, and knowledgeable.

The showroom itself is clean, well laid out, and welcoming. Everything about the experience was seamless and straightforward. We genuinely couldn’t recommend Stockton Motorpoint enough to anyone looking to buy a car. They made what can often be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable.

I was greeted by Charlie Newton who was extremely helpful and assisted me in obtaining the vehicle i wanted. I had also asked him to ensure that the seats were cleaned which he did straight away.
I have bought from motorpoint previously and will come back when I need to change my car in the future, they're a great company to deal with and very competitive prices

Charlie Newton from the moment we came in was welcoming. He came recommended so we thought we would give it a try. Went in on a Sunday had through conversation, he worked within our budget. Test drove a car same day. And on Monday drove home in a new car. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. He has returned our phone calls and emails quickly. Highly recommend this establishment.
