Motorpoint - Swansea Reviews 

I began my journey with Motorpoint Swansea on the 7th February. I needed a new car. Having been to one dealership, I wanted to visit another; for balance.
I was immediately impressed by the range of cars available. I was dubious about the QR codes to gain information about the cars, but it worked brilliantly well.
I bought a car the following day after having test drive. I was thrilled.
Unfortunately there was a problem with it and it had to be returned. Once fixed I collected it again but unfortunately the issue repeated instantly.
Back to the dealership again.
I emailed their customer services with my concerns. I received an informative response; detailing my rights and what options were open to me. I was astonished at the honesty.
I chose to reject the car I had bought and chose another.
I collected this car a few days ago and couldn't be happier. During my journey with this dealership, I dealt with quite a few of their representatives, Claire (customer service - thank you for the emails) Aleesh (wonderful reception) and Reece (open, honest and likeable. Apparently a trainee- promote him).
Seriously everyone was fabulous.
In my opinion, there are lots of "good" companies out there. But what seperates an "excellent" company is how they deal with you and what they do when a problem arises.
I was listened to, I was supported and kept informed throughout the journey. It started off with issues but finished sweet.
Would I recommend Motorpoint Swansea? You betcha.
Will I be a returning customer?
My first stop in 4 or 5 years time when I need to buy a new car, on account of yearly mileage will be Motorpoint Swansea.

Quick, easy and the sales personnel who helped us were brilliant.

The young lad who dealt with my vehicle was polite, friendly and helpful. My vehicle had been washed on the outside but had not been touched on the inside. It was quite dusty and dirty and I have had it valeted myself. Also had to chase up paperwork.

Went to have a look and get some ideas, but found a car that I love!
I loved the no pressure sales approach as I was left to look around. When I found the car I spoke with Joe, who again (no pressure) handed me the keys to go and have a closer look. After the test drive Joe sorted everything out and I collected the car Saturday.
Joe was fantastic!

Very relaxing place, sales man was really good and patient with me and explained everything.

Novice buyer so a bit nervous but sales persons were neither pushy or hard selling. Questions were answered and I was treated with respect, cautiously and with humour.

The sales team were very helpful and went through everything we needed to know only problem i have is i asked if they could sort out the wipers as they were dry and vibration on the windscreen told it was sorted but once it raind the noise and vibration was still there

Swansea Motorpoint have lovely staff. Kiran Anthony and Reece Aylott were friendly, patient and respectful, answering all my questions and helping me through the process when I part exchanged my car. I never felt rushed or pressured. They are both a credit to the company, giving excellent customer service. No need to go anywhere else. Happy with my new car too!
