Really good team at Haslington, Andy was professional and very patient with us, explaining everything.

Terrible customer service and after sales. When buying the car, the sales associate had agreed via email to replace a missing front tow eye cover, however, it has been utterly painful to get them to honour their word. The car developed other issues after purchase like a failing rear radar and an issue with the car alarm going off. Even after getting the fault confirmed by a garage at my expense, it has been impossible to get the sales associate or anyone in the company to rectify the problem.

Phone support after buying a car is non existent with each personal claiming they are their own managers and not possible to escalate the problem. Multiple times was put on hold and had the call abruptly ended or never transferred

No pressure sales. Adam helped us out getting the right finance deal and sorting the car to collect the next day.

Went to MotorTrust at Haslingden to look for a new car. I won't go there again and wouldn't advise anyone else to. The car I looked at needing the rear wiper blade replacing as it was damaged. Four times I was promised that this would be dealt with, but was strung along and basically lied to. I dealt with Aidan Heath and Carl the sales manager. Once they've got your money they're not interested in resolving any issues. The car was also supposed to have had a service to change the oil and filters, but I never saw any proof of that so am not convinced it happened. I'd advise you go to a small, independent dealer where the customer service should be far better.

My partner and I went to motortrust haslingden to get her a new car, we didn’t really know what we were looking for or anything like that but the salesmen we dealt with, Riz, was very helpful and very patient with us, he helped us find the car we wanted and within a week the car was ready for us to collect, no problems with the car on collection and my partner is over the moon. Thankyou Riz.

It was wonderful experience, Riz was fantastic he knows how to speak to people and very kind person he made sure that I’m happy with what I’m getting and also advised me some good stuff concerning the purchase. He is a top man. I’ll definitely want him to serve me next time I come again.

I got a new Mercedes a class and dealt with Andy, what an absolute pleasure from start to finish, made everything so easy and quick, put me at ease straight away and had a good laugh in the process, would highly recommend!

I bought my Skoda Kamiq through MotortruskUK. Adam was very helpful and friendly. My only gripe was I should have picked it up on the 24/4/26 (we were just about to set off travelling for the 2hr journey) only for Chris to telephone to say the headlight wasn’t working and wouldn’t be ready to pick up until Sunday. Adam then rang Sunday to say the part hadn’t come so it had not been fixed.
It got fixed but due to work I wasn’t able to pick it up till 1/5/26, when really the fault should have been found when the sale was agreed upon, not on the day of pickup.
That being said, they were really helpful when finding a finance agreement that would accept/work for me.

Bought a new vehicle, really happy, great service. Great patience as I'm older. Trevor was so understanding. Thank you Trevor
