Couldn't order because I was a bot.
Needed to order some parts but after adding everything to my cart, I was told the order could not be completed because Google said I was a bot.
I did phone them but was told by automated machine that it was lunchtime and nobody was there to take my call.
I'd love to have a business where you can just throw customers away like this. Not impressed at all.

It sounds like our security system incorrectly flagged your session, which can occasionally happen as part of our fraud prevention measures. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend time adding items to your basket only to be unable to complete your order.
We're also sorry that you weren't able to reach us by phone during our lunch closure. We close over lunch from 12:30-1:30 but our sales lines are back open until 5.

I've bought everything from windshields to complete exhaust systems from Motorworks. These guys by far are one of the best suppliers I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, quality parts, great service, and ridiculously fast shipping. They make Amazon look slow.
