MOV8 Real Estate Reviews

Bunch of cowboys. Avoid. Waited a week for a call back from someone in the team that put an offer if interest in on a property. Office manager called back and investigated telling me that I was called back, no missed calls, no voicemail that apparently happened and no apology! New customer, sounds like great customer service. Would hate to see how a purchase would go if I went ahead. Roll the dice and try for yourself. I’d look elsewhere. Was told there really busy but what’s that got to do with my enquiry and you don’t think a week is long enough to have a follow up call?Tried calling direct line multiple times this week and nobody answers!

It’s a very nice property and area. Well maintained too.

Went to veiw all good but it was the owner who gave us the info . Not mov8

Excellent service offered to get my offer for a house purchase accepted.

First class service from all. Thank you

Haley Mackay was fantastic to deal with. Prompt and efficient with clear communication. Felt very well supported throughout.

We have enlisted the services of MOV8 to market the sale of our property twice in 4 years. We were particularly impressed by the quality of their marketing and images of our property so didn’t hesitate to use them again.
The second time we had to work a little harder with them to bring to life the town where we were selling our home as there wasn’t enough effort to sell its benefits. However, all praise to the conveyancing process which was excellent, slick, swift and transparent. The whole process was relatively easy. Would definitely say this was the most straight forward part and had great communication and dialogue with Maeve. First class. Thanks Mov8.

Bought my first house and used Mov8 for the legals. Iqra was really lovely and answered any questions we had as we were first time buyers so didn’t know much. 10/10

Just want to thanks Mov8 real estate for 1st off helping me sell my property. It sold in 6 weeks well over home report value. Thanks to Maxine, Emma, Gillian, Claudia, Ryan and Blair. And everyone who has helped me sell and now secure my dream property. The price also was very reasonable so I would recommend them to others. If you're thinking of buying or selling they make it easy for you.

Iqra was knowledgeable and kept me up to date every step of the way. Had multiple dealings with Mov8 and all have been great and pain free

The legal team at MOV8 in particular Maeve McDade were amazing. Maeve kept me updated on the conveyancing process and where there were changes to the deadline for completion, explained the reason for the delays. Having someone explain the process and keeping you updated made me feel like a valued customer. I couldn’t recommend a better legal team than the one at Mov8.

We recently used Mov8 to handle the legal side of our property in Scotland, which they handled with great professionalism, keeping us informed at every stage of the sale despite the total lack of assistance from our mortgage company. Special thanks go to Rebekah for her tenacity in chasing obtaining the necessary documents to complete the sale on time. Praise to must go to Nigel & Gavin. We have no hesitation in recommending Mov8 to assist with selling your properties.

Our solicitor Maeve McDade was an absolute saviour throughout the entire home purchasing process! As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions (some simple, others not so much!). Maeve was available at the drop of a hat to answer and explain everything to me in a thorough and thoughtful way- free of legal jargon. I am absolutely delighted that we chose to trust MOV8, and even happier that we had the pleasure of dealing with Maeve. Thank you guys so much! Could not recommend enough.

MOV8 Real Estate exceeded all of our expectations with their exceptional service and expertise in both the sale and onward purchase of our New build house. From our first meeting, the team demonstrated an unparalleled knowledge of the local market and provided invaluable advice that made the entire process smooth and stress-free.|

Stand out services include the photography which really made our wee cottage stand out and then the conveyancing where they were able to take our case and win against Cala's own solicitors.

Efficient and friendly, make the process smooth.

My agent was incredibly helpful and informative, helping me with any queries and sending my details through promptly!

Responsive, friendly, gave helpful info and answered questions well

Kept me informed at every stage and answered my queries quickly fantastic service

This is the third time I have used MOV8 in the past few years and I have been very happy with the service they have provided. I will continue to use them going forward.
