MOV8 Real Estate Reviews

Alan was a delight to work with. He was there with me every step of the way in my house-buying experience which was wonderful as a first-time buyer. I would recommend him to anyone considering his services and in need of a housing solicitor.

Mov8 were absolutely amazing when we sold our flat. I couldn't recommend them more. They are such a lovely team and you can actually get hold of them easily, which was a change from other estate agents and conveyancers that we have worked with!

Right from the start, my experience with Mov8 has been excellent. I've felt in safe hands from both the real estate and legal sides.
Easy to get hold of and professional and kind.
Highly recommend!

Great communication.

Have recently accepted an offer on my property and also had an offer accepted on a new property, both with the help of Mov8. Everything has been fairly easy so far, everyone I've spoken to throughout the process of marketing my own property and then making an offer on the new property has been great. The photographer did such a brilliant job with my photos and Mhairi was a real help when it came to negotiating the offer on my property which sold for over the Home Report value within 10 days. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Emma and Maxine were also both really helpful when it came to making the offer on my new property. I'm hopeful from my initial experience that all of the conveyancing will go smoothly.

Emma and the team went above and beyond to help us find our house. Covered all points and where outstanding at giving the right information to aid in guiding us to find the right property. I couldn't recommend their services more.

Excellent help and support all throughout the buying/bidding process by the purchasing consultant, Maxine Collins. Many Thanks!

Erin and the team have made the process a very easy experience. Erin was always available when I need assistance and was happy to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend Mov8 for first time buyers!

I cannot thank Mhairi enough for all her dedication during my house sale. Her advice was A1 and the house sold within a week. When things got complex she dealt with everything extremely professionally and kept me informed all along the way. Maxine was also amazing with her communication skills and knowledge in securing my ongoing purchase. She was highly professional and also very caring.
In fact, everyone in the team who I met / spoke to / completed work in all regards were just spot-on. Absolutely would recommend!

Superb service from MOV8.

Ryan McGill and Maeve McDade were excellent in dealing with our conveyancing. To complete our purchase within 6 weeks was an outstanding effort. Thank you!!

The sensitivity with which our rep treated us as we went on the prolonged journey that included disappointment and upset.
The perseverance she showed in chasing down all the information we asked for.
Giving us a little bit more than we expected on the customer service side of things
The good communication lines that have remained open from the start.
All these things have meant that our experience of Mov8 has been excellent.

Buying and selling with Mov8

Viewing went really well. Client very informative. Loved the location. Only thing is, there was no outside space for table and chairs. Otherwise, it was beautiful

Mhairi at MOV8 provided me fantastic support and service in the sale of my property. Communications were clear and regular throughout and the team were always available and really helpful when I contacts them during the sale process.

I would absolutely recommend MOV8 estate agents to anyone looking for smooth and reliable estate agents to sell a property.

Erin was lovely to work with - so informative and made the process a lot easier.

The estate agents were very efficient and helpful in organising a viewing of a property.
