The photos were of an excellent standard and the house went to market very quickly. When the sale fell through, I was back online the same day. Highly recommend.

Severe lack/delay in communications. Felt so let down and left in limbo. Took days to issue a home report and in order to request a viewing it’s mandatory to complete a questionnaire which some questions were too personal. Took a long time in responding to the a viewing request and to be told the viewings don’t start to the following week. Viewing booked only to then be emailed the day before viewing to be told that it’s been cancelled as an offer has been accepted yet was advised before the viewings didn’t begin till the viewing date. Very poor service.

We have sold our property within a week with the help of MOV8! Everyone we have dealt with has been so professional & helpful making the whole process a lot easier…communication has been fantastic from the marketing team to the sales team. I wanted to arrange a viewing and was presented an 8 minute long questionaire with details like my occupation, etc. what am I requesting? A mortgage or a credit check? Its just a viewing from someone whose time is equally valuable as yours. And are you even allowed to ask for this data initially? GDPR?

I have an email from your team saying the Viewing cannot be conducted without answering all questions with details about my occupation etc.

Spoke with their viewer on Saturday. Agreed to meet with them on Monday at the address. Then called on the Monday 40 mins before travelling to confirm they were going to be there. Arranged for my family to be there. Then get a call from another colleague informing me I didn’t have an arranged viewing.

No wonder they have not sold the house!
