Erin Dryden, our negotiator did a brilliant job securing our property in the new town. We have been searching for a home for over two years, living in a short-term let with all of our worldly possessions in storage.
As first-time buyers, Erin guided us through the process and was always available to discuss issues and strategies. To make this negotiation even more challenging, our sellers live abroad. The home purchasing process is complex with many unforeseen issues to consider. I would recommend Erin without reservation to help you through this process.

I used mov8 for selling my house and the experience was awful. Ross who came to value our house was amazing so I had high hopes but sadly that was the only amazing part about the whole process. From my house going on the market to the day I handed the keys over was not a good experience. The sales consultant made lots of promises when he put my house on the market and that’s all they where was promises. My solicitor never updated me on anything I constantly had to email her to chase deadlines etc and even when I did speak/get a reply she was rude. I was honest from the start that I had never sold a house and would need to be talked through the whole process but whenever I asked a question it was as if I was bothering her or I should already know the answer. The fees you see are also not the fees you pay. Very disappointed.

Having been a house builder for several years and having dealt with more than my fair share of Estate Agents I would have to rate Mov8 the best I have dealt with on every level!! when it came to selling two of my own properties within the last month.

My initial meeting with Scott was informative and clear on their services and commitment offered which they more than lived up to.

The follow on staff were of a very high caliber and could not do enough to help, and no wonder they secured sales at levels I was more than happy with!!

The entire sale process was pathetic, with no way to reach out to the solicitor team. It took almost 1.5 months, and chasing the entire team every day to get an update on the process, to close the sale, while it should've been a straight forward case of AML. The entire team behaved as if this is their first case. No responses to emails/phone calls. The legal director who was dealing with the sale process was on holiday most of the time, and the other legal director who was supposed to be covering him, never responded. What's the point in having an out of office response if the person can't respond.

In our dealings with Kirsten and Mov8 we found the company and Kirsten herself to be very approachable and helpful at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. All in all an excellent service.

Poor advice and valuation from the start. Unrealistic figures used for the sale which cost us £65k.
Also some poor communications throughout the process. A few genuine staff trying their best but we feel they just wanted our money more than anything. Today a request for a further £20 payment after £10k plus says it all really. Try another agent.

Horrible experience with delays in paperwork incurred extra charges up to £10,000 and trying to put blame on other factors when asked about explanation.
On top of that charged us extra fees for their horrible service.
Very unhappy. I will not use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. Would have given 0 stars.
