Only received my battery when I was supposed to receive the full upgrade kit. I contacted the company and they shared that the part are in different packages. Half coming from overseas and the battery from CA. I was not made aware when ordering and not sure how long until I get my upgrade package. Very disappointing.

Ordered the V30. It arrived quickly. After 3 months of use, a warranty claim arose and was handled promptly and the company agreed to ship the replacement part free of charge. Very responsive customer service.

The Movcan v30 ProMax is an absolute beast of an ebike! With 2 Hub motors and 2 20ah batteries, this powerhouse keeps me in motion for the better part of the day. It's all-wheel drive capability gets me right up and over a sand dune with ease, as i live very near the beach. Movcan's support team is world class in both responsiveness and also in how they resolve issues! I only buy Movcan and you should too!

I had an issue with my movcan V80 ebike and Movcan was so helpful in resolving my issue. I would recommend to everyone l know.there customer service goes above and beyond most brands

We bought a Movcan electric bike for our grandson and he loves it. He rides it to school and for recreation. When we have had questions about assembly or maintenance, the customer service has been responsive and effective at solving our issues.

This is one of the most upstanding companies out there and they do truly stand by there product and reqtify and problems or concerns in a more than timely Manor in these time companies want our money but continue to deliver us insapirror product and act as if we are the problem if there are concerns and will find every way to not have to help and it sadly brakes my heart do this being said I would send any hard earned dollar again with this company I'm extremely impressed and would not only due more l0 here I would prefer any one I no for business a get hel

Purchased a V30 fat tire bike and love it , has everything lights, signals, tail light , front rack and even passenger pegs. Had trouble with my display and the service crew was very quick to help me out and get my back out on two wheels.

Replaced the motor on my Movcan V60 and it works like a dream. Smooth ride, solid build, and easy to install once you follow the washer/axle instructions. Customer support was super helpful too. Highly recommend!

My brand new bike came with a bent rear wheel. While support did respond, it took 18 days to receive the replacement wheel, and I had to pay a bike shop to switch the gear hub to the replacement wheel. MOVCAN didn't offer any compensation for my time to do the repair, or for the money I spent to pay the bike shop. I had purchased 2 other bikes from MOVCAN, and they were fine, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing anything from MOVCAN again, and I would just tell people you're better off and you're buying from a local bike shop or someone like Lectric so you get fast resolution.

Love movcan this is the best company to get a ebike from the customer service is 100 and they care about there customers. If u want a good quality ebike go see movcan the v40 is the best bike I ever had before I ride everyday to work and home its fun u cam ride anywhere and the bike is very strong

The bike it self is amazing but the instructions weren't to helpful but its fairly simple to put together. Ive only done about 14 miles and it takes hills super good.

very durable bike. I put 800 miles in 4 months with no major issues.

I bought a Movcan V60 pro electric bike for my teenage son and it had been amazing. He rides it to school and around the neighborhood and he loves it. The speed is great and quality is good.

I bought for my son. Really he liked so much this bike… unfortunately front fork bent.. the support team immediately responds and sent for replacement… Highly recommend this Movcan

Some of my spokes broke on my rear tire but luckily the support team was fast and tentative and are sending out a replacement part within two days of my reaching out. Very appreciative of the customer service team

I really enjoy the movcan v30 pro. I love the acceleration and the speed and modular design. Customer service has been very responsive.

Do not order from this company, they will attempt to bribe you for a whopping 50 dollars the moment you call them out on their bs their free trial a hoax on their bikes you must not damage the box ie opening it and cannot use it even though my product is defective they deny returns and as said offer 50 dollars if i give them a 5 star review take your money and look elsewhere, they offered a partial refund and I accepted it but then canceled it upon i make this review, Movcan if you're reading this you broke the law enjoy
