I’ve taken my v40 like 375 miles. I crashed and my ignition broke. TBH, I didn’t know what to expect with movcan being an Amazon seller. Customer service has been incredible. Extremely responsive.
Very reasonable.
The actually bike itself is QUALITY.
Can’t say enough good things about movcan. Highly recommend.

Very good bike and company, fast delivery within a week, although it was written later, I ride and have fun with my weight of 200lbs I produce 30 miles on a full throttle

Movcan is terrible, do not order for them. Ever since needing new parts they take months to arrive. I ordered a new fender and it shows on the pictures thay you get the metal bars. Instead of sending the bars, I get just the plastic fender. You need the bars to connect to the bike and the fender. Movcan told me I needed to write in notes that I need the bars...what company says you have to specifically write notes in order to receive all your product you are ordering!? Ever since this lady Mary works the suport team this company has gone down hill. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOVCAN. CHEAP FRAUD COMPANY.

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received my order yet. I am super disappointed! I would not recommend Movcan to anyone. I would warn them instead!

I bought this bike for my son as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it. We had a minor issue with one of the wires, but the customer support was super helpful and responsive. Really happy with my purchase.

Finally got my boys off the couch and loving adventures again. Movcan v60 Pro Max is an incredible value for the remarkable price. Bought 2 of them for my sons and plan on buying a 3rd for myself soon. Well done Movcan.

Great product performs as stated great for commuting to and from work. Easy setup. Battery last for a good amount of days.

My Movcan v60 has is one of my best buys. I ride my daily to work and besides the odd punctured tire I’ve really never had any issues with it. Customer service is great especially when it comes to responding. At this point u can call me a loyal customer

After, a short time dealing with their staff they were able to gladly help me with a refund for my bike! Some of the parts were faulty and they didn’t carry them anymore so they were gracious enough to give me a full refund!! I really appreciate this company and the products they have! I got this bike so my son can ride back and forth to school! He's 14 and it's a excellent idea. He zips around quickly and safely. Did have a issue but they fixed the problem with ease!
