Beth Puxley was who I was communicating with about my purchase. Everything was fairly straightforward and quick. She happily explained anything I wasn't sure about or didn't understand.

They fail to stick to agreed timelines. Continually harass for agreements over the phone but then deny all knowledge of this when it comes to putting it into writing.
I ended up homeless with no information on what was happening for over 2 months.
Then when everything could progress they tried to make out it was me holding everything up! They also then tried to say a totally different timeline had been agreed.
Discussting service stay clear of them.

I found Lucie Pett very understanding when dealing with the due diligence, as we had to request a few statementsthst took a whike to obtain. I wanted a secure email route to supply the required documentation which she did without hesitation.

Beth has been so helpful and informative and has moved things along really quickly. She has excellent communication skills and quickly made us feel comfortable with her company and confident that the process will go through smoothly. I strongly advise against using this company. Their client support is virtually non-existent.
I ended up having to negotiate directly between the actual realtor doing the work and this company, as they failed to follow up on emails or return phone calls. The realtor repeatedly had to call me because they simply could not get hold of anyone at the company.
The glowing Trustpilot rating is a complete farce compared to their Google reviews, which are a far more accurate reflection of their abysmal customer service. If you want to avoid doing the entire job yourself, do not use this company.
It’s now Friday, and I have called them over 100 times this week with zero call-backs

Alex from Move with Us was very professional, he helped with liaising and getting things moving smoothly, he answered any queries I had very efficiently.

Myself and my partner put an offer on a house which got accepted. I heard nothing from movewithus and myself & my estate agent tried to phone maybe 40 times between us, i left voicemails and still heard nothing. After sending all my documents and details, I proceeded to hear nothing, phoned another 5-10 times and eventually a helpful young lady answered. Overall bloody tedious, why did it need to be this difficult???
