Great Service, Polite staff, and a very smooth move was done

Our closing time kept changing and it was honestly frustrating. David stayed patient through multiple schedule updates and kept adjusting the plan without making it complicated. The crew Eddie, Humberto, and Pablo had to wait almost an hour due to key delays, but still they remained calm and professional. Once we got access, they moved quickly and made up for lost time.
No drama, no pressure just solid, dependable service.

We were nervous about moving our baby's nursery furniture, especially the crib and rocking chair. Ashley from customer support was very understanding and reassured us about the packing process. Moreover Santiago, Alex, and Mario handled everything with extra care. They wrapped each piece properly and double checked before loading. One of the boxes was slightly open and they noticed it before we did and secured it again.
That level of attention really stood out. It felt like they genuinely cared.

From the first call with Galileo, I felt confident choosing this company. Communication was clear and consistent throughout.
The moving team handled our long staircase move without a single complaint. Heavy items, tight corners they managed everything calmly and carefully. Nothing was scratched, nothing was rushed.

On moving day, Carlos Rolando, Leo, and Daniel showed up right on time and worked like a well-coordinated team. They wrapped our glass table extra carefully and even helped adjust furniture placement twice without any attitude.

Galileo made the booking process simple and transparent, and Lisa in customer service kept up updated throughout the process.
The moving crew Santiago, Daniel. and Mario worked efficiently while still being careful with our belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture quickly and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. No delays, no complaints, just professional service.

From the initial quote to the final box being placed, the entire process was handled professionally. David from the office explained everything clearly and made sure there were no hidden surprises. Ashley followed up before moving day to confirm timing and details, which gave us confidence in the company.
On moving day. Eddie, Jose and Alex arrived on time and came fully prepared. They carefully wrapped all furniture, protected the floors, and handled fragile items with extra care. The team was respectful, hardworking, and very organized. Everything arrived safely without damage.
It's rare to find a moving company that delivers exactly what they promise. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I wasn't sure whether I believed that a moving company had almost all five star reviews, but we took a chance, and I am so glad. Moving of America was exceptional. The process to get a quote for their services was easy and accurate, their phone and email support was really great (thanks Joey!), they delivered the COI on time to our elevator building, and the movers themselves were phenomenal. Professional, careful, so fast, and just so great. We packed ourselves, and Alex and Eddie took apart our bed frame, and wrapped our furniture in plastic and/or blankets. We moved from an elevator building to a third floor walk up, and everything went smoothly. The quote was precise, and we are just so grateful we went with Moving of America!

Although this took a little time, the team took the task seriously and completed it within a very short time. Throughout the move, there was an improvement in communication and nothing went wrong. I owe special credit to Pablo and Leo both were professional, efficient and made sure things got done right. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I like their work, I would most certainly recommend them.

If you have read the negative reviews already & somewhere thinking that it might not happen with you because there are positive reviews as well…
then please go ahead and invest your money. Take that chance.
Because I did the same & now I know that the negative reviews are legit. The marketing team are good at their job to sell you their service but end of the day you will end up with paying extra, the time management will be lousy, lots of broken items, not everyone will work equally and then when you will report your broken items they will ask you to prove.. that those were not broken beforehand. So yeah .. I didn’t walked that way left it there. Even gave the workers a good tip. I did my part well.

Studio apartment move. Jose and John showed up on time and worked efficiently. Lisa from office explained the paperwork clearly. They wrapped furniture well and even helped me rearrange some heavy items. David kept communication clear, which was helpful. Even after a long road day, they were careful unloading my stuff. They stayed calm even when I wasn't.

I checked in way too often and they were still polite every time.

On moving day, Carlos Rolando and Sergio were professional. They handled heavy items without any damage and checked placement during delivery and worked efficiently, wrapped furniture well, and didn't complain once about my weirdly shaped boxes.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers arrived late and handled my furniture carelessly — several items were scratched and one was completely broken. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. Totally unprofessional and stressful from start to finish.

Joey, Project Manager, was amazing. He was professional, thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. I would recommend Movers of America to anyone who needs help with a move. They are trustworthy, reliable, and responsive.

The Lead person on my picking up of items was not professional, he would not give me a copy of anything I signed. He told me I would get a copy in the mail in 5 days. He kept saying you got some really nice stuff here. At that point I got a bad feeling that something would be missing. The office told me I should have been given a copy of the documents. The very box he mentioned was missing because it was the last box sitting there box #37, I number every box myself and have a sheet with the box number and what is in it. I was told 4-to-10-day delivery. It took 14 days for me to receive my items.

Miguel and his team are top notch team in Moving of America. My Second move with them has been a success once again. They came on time, packed, wrapped and moved without any issue. Thank you, Adam, my moving advisor that made it all happen. Also, for his patience and assistance I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!
