Movivan

They gave me a reasonable quote. I made a booking and paid deposit two weeks before the moving date. Just a few days before the moving date, they called me and canceled my booking. They just said staff shortage without proper explanation. Stay away from this company. Their reasonable quotes are just a trap. There is no guarantee they will appear or keep their words. Wish I could give them a zero star.

Excellent service. The removal guys were courteous, very hardworking and pleasant company. The job was completed in the time they predicted.

1st experience with Movivan (summer 2020) was great, the office team was proactive, reactive, they reassure me, answer quickly my emails…).
2nd experience with Movivan (summer 2021) was a CATASTROPHE, I asked for an option with storage for a month-4 weeks (wasn’t sure of the exact dates). It took longer to get a quotation and it was over 30% expensive than the year before, but let’s say is fine.
3 WEEKS BEFORE THE MOVING OUT DAY, I gave them the exact dates (5 weeks and 2 days of storage), but they didn’t update the quotation (had many chances to updated it, and never did).
It wasn’t until the DELIVERY DAY that they make me pay the extra (10 days of storage). Apparently is “their policy” to treat clients like that: where the field guys stop delivery while the payment hasn’t gone through. NOT EXACTLY THE EXPERIENCE I WOULD RECOMMEND.
In simple words, if you have storage to do, you need to push them to do their job properly! So better choose another company!
Ah! And I asked for the stairs to be protected (have proof that they would), and simply they didn’t. I don’t know if it’s the office or the field team issue, but definitely, they have many issues to fix. In the meantime, I suggest you call another company.

The Movivan team arrived 15 minutes earlier and were very well-prepared and keen to start.

The service was affordable, quick, efficient, and professional. The movers were polite and hard-working and handled our items with care.

There was an issue with getting charged for an extra hour but it quickly got resolved when I called the admin office.

5 stars and would gladly hire again!!

Blooming marvellous!!!
I am so pleased I went with movivan. One company let me down and movivan stepped in at the last minute. They were absolutely superb!! The two gentlemen worked so incredibly hard, they were polite, helpful and so careful with our belongings. Thank you movivan.

Found this company online. I highly recommend them. Very professional, calm and friendly. Followed my instructions and made no fuss even if my "did it myself"packing was not up the standard. I got a very good deal too. So definitely made my moving very smooth.

Movivan was suggested by a very good friend who just used them to move to High Wycombe. I gave them a call, and they had such great customer service. And it was such a reasonable quote, I went with them, and I'm glad I did. The service they provided, the team that was sent, even during the move I had to hire another van through them, and it was such a smooth transaction with them. The move was completed efficiently, and no headaches or hick up's. I would advised you to give them a call, you will not regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the quote to completion. Miro was my contact person through the whole thing, he was kind, professional and most importantly worked with my needs. I had a tiny bit of a complicated move they handled it like stars, even getting everything done before the initial timeframes we discussed!! The guys who packed our things and physically moved everything we’re things of LEGEND. Not one thing was broken and I have more bar glasses then I’d like to admit. I honestly just can’t say enough about them. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. Thank you Miro and Movivan for making this stressful time as stress free as possible!!!! I highly recommend you use this company for any removal needs!

Best people there in the trade. The guys were very skilful, polite, organised and took all of stress of moving. Ivan and his team made the whole experience positive and cheerful. We would highly recommend their services to anyone as you can relax, and these guys can carry on calmly and efficiently the whole moving process ! They are also excellent value as compared to their competitors who can charge a lot more. Thanks Movivan team, keep it up !

A pleasure to deal with from first contact to the end. Professional, polite, helpful, efficient. their qoute was spot on and crew was great. Made the move easy.

Movivan did such a great job with our move. The guys worked so hard and had a smile on their face throughout. They were efficient, professional and thoughtful throughout the job. I would highly recommend them. It was a long day and they had positive attitude all day. They did great Tetris work on the lorry! Thank you Movivan.

Great experience, they packed my furniture to a really high standard taking care throughout. Friendly and efficient.

Communication was friendly and clear in advance of moving. On the day they were efficient, worked hard and were happy to move everything to the exact place I wanted it. Quick, efficient, much cheaper than other firms and painless - wish dealing with other companies when moving was as easy.

Excellent service on the phone and when the move was done. Courtoius and helpful staff. As moving is always stressful, it helps when the movers are understanding and flexible.

I thought these guys were very polite and professional. They did a superb job from start to finish-special thanks to Monish from operations who kept us informed.
The two gentleman who came on the day were fantastic. They worked with speed and care and we are very grateful. Moving house is a stressful experience but Movivan helped a great deal.

We booked Movivan at short notice for our move from London to Sussex, on a recommendation from a friend who had used them for her move recently. They were so accommodating, both in fitting us in and last minute changes to itinerary. On the day, the team were astoundingly efficient and we were simply amazed at how quickly and smoothly they managed to move everything to our new home. Outstanding, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad I booked you guys, thank you for taking the stress out of moving!

Great value and brilliant service.

Having received some truly wild quotes from some companies I decided to go with Movivan following a couple of recommendations. Given how much cheaper Movivan were than a number of their competitors I have to admit that I was expecting a lower level of service given that I had gone with a cheaper option. I couldn't have been more wrong, the service was absolutely exceptional. The two guys worked incredibly hard and were extremely helpful with extra tasks like dismantling the beds. All round brilliant experience.

Great and professional from the time of the booking to completion.
The team is extremely professional and friendly.
The make what could be a stressful time a lot better.
Thanks to Ilian who was on point and available throughout the whole process!

Movivan helped us with a massive move (leaving a house after 27 years you have a lot of stuff). They guys were friendly, efficient, capable and worked incredibly hard from start to finish.

We had a 'two legged' move - out of our house into storage, then out of storage into our new house a week later. For both stages I got a phone call the day before the move (a Sunday) to confirm we were prepared and knew what time to expect them. On the day of the move they turned up on time (slightly early if anything) and stage 1 was a really long day, over 12 hours.

I was impressed with these guys and really wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Superb service in every way and also at a very competitive price.

Thank you so much for the amazing service Movivan!
From the house survey with Miro to the moving service itself, everything went smoothly and quickly! We were impressed with the movers and how quick they were to pack our things with care. Everything arrived quick and intact, nothing was broken and we just couldn’t believe that this was done with four men!
You made what could’ve been a very stressful situation, easy and manageable.

We are so happy that we chose your moving company, and will highly recommend you to our friends and family!

Thank you again for everything!
